Dewalt Variable-Speed Corded Hammerdrill
It looks like a new model came out some time ago, sending he DW505 to the overstock bins. Right now the price is at about $75, which is quite a bit lower than the drill’s $110-150 street price. If you’ve been looking for a corded hammerdrill, you probably won’t find a better one for less (but if you do we’d love to hear about it!).
Skil Router Table
This benchtop router table features a large aluminum work surface and looks to be well suited as a starter router table. Right now it’s priced at about $35, at least half of its regular street price.
C.K. Tools ESD Screwdriver Set 6-Pc T4741SESD
I’ve been meaning to pick up a set of ESD screwdrivers for a while, and have wanted to try out C.K. Tools’ ergonomic screwdriver handles as well. I’ve been watching this set of 6 drivers (3 Phillips, 3 slotted) for a while now, and it recently dropped in price below $20.
The German-made set is normally priced at $27 plus shipping via other retailers, so while a bargain, it’s not really discounted by 65%. Still, the price was good enough for me to pick up a set for personal use.
(ESD means that they’re safe to use on static-sensitive electronic components, but you can also use them for other applications.)
