The guys over at the Pounded Thumb had a pretty frustrating experience with their local Home Depot’s Home Services Dept. when trying to purchase a patio door and arranging for its installation.

    I wonder if “Stephanie” is a real person?

    I am totally not surprised by his experience.
    Unfortunately, I plan on buying some kitchen countertops and have them installed by either Lowe’s or Home Depot. Now I’m not so sure.
