In Iron Man 2, there is a scene where Tony Stark wields a rather large pipe wrench to turn a valve. If you’ve watched the movie, did you catch the tool’s brand? It was a Ridgid branded aluminum pipe wrench.
Once the DVD comes out in a few months, it will be interesting to see if any other tools or tool brands can be easily identified. Brands [that don't pay studios massive amounts of advertisement money] are often hidden or obscured in movies. I wonder if the Ridgid placement was intentional or was simply an oversight.
The aluminum wrench also makes a brief appearance in a recent Iron Man 2 trailer (sighting is at ~1:20).
