When do these sales go live? Website isn’t showing the 10% off all tools.
I’m not sure what’s going on. They should have already gone live. I’ll try to get answers. In the meantime to make sure I wasn’t misinterpreting, I took a look and found the above now-posted banner images. So… it looks like there was supposed to be a sale, but nobody on the web team flipped the switch.

I never heard back from my Sears contacts. I’m sorry, I really have no idea about why the sale never went live as it was expected to.
