You may want to check out Sears’ “Ugliest Room Makeover” contest. To enter to win, submit a photo with a brief description (100 words or less) why your room (a garage/basement/shop is a room, right?) is the ugliest. Sears will select 10 finalists, and voting via their Facebook page will determine the 3 room makeover winners.
The 3 winners will each receive a paint makeover for the room entered in the contest. Prize package includes Pratt & Lambert paint, supplies, labor, color consulting services, a $500 gift card for accessories, and Sears Appliance & Hardware Stores will also make a monetary donation to a local charity on behalf of the winners.

My husband and I recently returned to our home after serving almost 5 years as missionaries in Honduras, Central America providing a home for orphaned girls. As a tribute to my husband and the sacrifices he made during those years, it would be very meaningful to be able to give him a garage of his dreams. His interests lies in outdoor sports (fishing, hunting) and reloading shells of all types. Our garage is a jumbled mess having been away all those years.
