I have bought stuff from them for thirty (or more) years. But in the last couple of years, things seem to have deteriorated badly, and my last few orders have been very much "botched up". I don't know what has changed....they were bought out by Amazon in 2005, but the start of the foulups is more recent. Small Parts USED to be an excellent supplier.
