Stuart, glad you were able to post this. I ordered a few items and found the prices were quite a bit less than the price on the Sears website. Shipping prices were very resonable as well. OSH is owned by Sears Holdings so I was a bit surprised at the price differences.

It looks like OSH is only partially owned by Sears. I know that they’ve carried Craftsman tools for some time, but they’re not listed on Sears’ brand page, their “about us” page does not mention Sears at all, and Wikipedia claims that they’re partially owned by a 3rd party.
I normally ignore any OSH coupons that I come across since they’re usually in-store with stores only in Calirfonia, but this one is online-only. And you’re absolutely right – some of the list prices do look to be lower than at Sears, with the 25% discount making them even better.
