I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC ToughCase because it seems to be a well engineered product that I would like to try. It would work well to hold the jig saw blades for my DC330 jigsaw that I currently carry in an old vinyl microphone bag. It would also be useful to carry large bits that I frequently use with my DCD970KL drill that I have no way to carry easily. If the case if half as good as the other DeWalt tools I currently own I would be thrilled.

I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC ToughCase because I currently don’t have a case where I store all of my bits and blades. I was considering another Dewalt toughcase (non-magnetic) but this one looks way cooler. Plus I like the yellow and black!

Although, I’m not sure how much I will utilize the magnetic feature.

I’d love to have a new Dewalt Magnetic ToughCase to hold my screwdiver bits, adapters, and 1/4″ drive sockets. I’m planning to make a custom foam insert to hold the bits and sockets and my new Wera BitRatchet. This case will be perfect for that, and will make an awesome set to keep under the seat on my motorcycle!

I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC ToughCase because the kids in the woodshop are always losing bits! I tell the kids where to put the bits but they never wind up where they are supposed to be. This ToughCase is portable so they could take it with them to the work area and then put the ToughCase in a central location when we clean up. We spend a large amount of time looking for bits that are strung all over the place. Problem solved! Thanks to all….

The being magnetic is just icing on the cake. As a matter of fact, if I don’t win one, I’m gonna look into purchasing some of them. I am kind of an organizing fanatic and these will be perfect. I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC ToughCase because, well I don’t have a case for my bits. They either end up rolling to deep dark corner of the toolbox drawer they are in or bouncing around inside my Dewalt drill/reciprocating saw case. This looks like it would be great for organizing bits, and even would hold a small ratcheting bit driver. The magnets would keep it stuck to my toolbox, or even the inside of an engine compartment.

I could really use a magnetic DeWalt toughcases for my work as a carpenter. I know exactly where I will put it , on the side of the rail that holds my hard tonneau cover.
I could quickly grab it as I went to work on houses, no more searching for it or moving stuff just to get to it. I could streamline what bits I really need for the job without carry around extras or whole sets, man I think I ll have to get a toughcase.

I would love to have a Dewalt Mag Toughcase because when I perform installations of car stereo / alarms, I need a proper case that is just the right size to house my Wera BitRatchet and my vast collection of 1/4″ bits. It is so easy to lose them as you build up your set and the appealing high visibility and magnetic nature of this case provide the factors needed to keep your bits organized and in one place so they are all in one place when needed to get a job done. I own other Dewalt bit sets and plastic storage cases to house my drill bits and other small components. This case would be the flagship in my stable if I was fortunate enough to win it.

I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC ToughCase because it’s big enough to hold the bits plus the additional mods I want to add to it. The magnets in it are strong enough to pick up fasteners through drywall so it will stick to the wall as a stud finder. I want to cut out a small slit in the case so I can add a wide angle laser I have sitting around and add a small spirit level vial to the end so that I know when it’s plumb. Then it will mark the whole wall, instant chalk line. See the quick sketch I put together at the link. http://twitpic.com/1jobd7

Lately I’ve been using my drill, bits, and stud finder on the same jobs. It would be helpful to combine the case and finder in one without losing much space in the case.

I want to upgrade my case to a DEWALT MAGNETIC Tough Case because I install a lot of door knobs, door handles, and deadbolt locks. The Dewalt Tough Case would be very convenient for holding the different size drill bits, driver bits, and step bits that I use almost daily. Ironically, many of the doors that I work on are steel and it would be a bonus to be able to stick the tough case right on the door. (I just recently started having back pain issues) I wouldn’t have to bend over several times to change out bits while I’m working.
