Amazon Dropped the Price of this Craftsman Tool Set for Prime Day

Craftsman Mechanics Tool Set Sale at Amazon for Prime Day 2025

Amazon has slashed the price of this Craftsman 230pc mechanics tool set for Prime Day 2025, dropping it down to $84.15 from its very good seasonal price of $99.

This Craftsman tool set comes with 3 low profile ratchets, extensions and a size adapter, 75 sockets in a mix of standard and deep lengths, 44 hex keys, 21 combination wrenches, 16 bit sockets, a screwdriver bit driving handle, and 66 insert bits.

$99 was a good holiday season “special buy” price. $85 and change is considerably better.

It’s unclear how long Amazon will have this tool set on sale for this price or whether supplies are limited.

Amazon says you’re saving 58% with this deal. I’d say that’s hugely inflated, but it’s still a very good deal.

Sold out? It’s worth checking back, Amazon sometimes restocks Prime Day deals for backordering.

It looks like they’re playing games.

If I force the listing to have Amazon as the seller, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMJF6DYD/?smid=A2Q1LRYTXHYQ2K&tag=toolguyd-20 , it shows as in stock at $99 with July 13 ETA, but only for my Amazon business account. Via my personal Amazon account, they only show the used listing. Then when looking at the other listings, there is none at all where it can be bought and shipped by Amazon. Meaning, it seems to be purposely suppressed for personal shoppers while still being in stock at the regular $99 price for business shoppers.

Maybe they plan for this to be a lightning deal or deal of the day tomorrow or for the last Prime Day.

Chiming in again with another comment (mostly) unrelated to the original post – I just got an email that Wiha is running 20% off sale on their website using code TRADES20
