TG-Jr-Day-One

Hello there ToolGuyd readers, friends, and visitors. I am happy to introduce you all to our little baby boy!

Jr. was born weighing 6 pounds and 1 ounce, and measured 48 cm (~19 inches) long.

Jr. and his mom – you might have seen her comment as Mrs. ToolGuyd – both seem to be doing okay. I’m exhausted and hungry, but okay too. Mrs. ToolGuyd did extraordinarily well, just as I knew she would.

Jr. is already wooing the nursing staff ladies, but I’m sure they tell everyone how cute their newborn babies are.

I only got to hold him for a little bit so far, and it was right after he was born. Well, right after he was born, examined, and quickly cleaned up. Wow. Just wow. In between soft blinks, his little eyes darted back and forth, taking the world in. I know he cannot yet see as clearly as we do, but it was amazing to watch him gaze around.

Hopefully this explains why I’ve been a little slow to respond to comments and emails recently, and why I will inevitably continue to be slow with responses until we adjust to the new addition to the family. On the bright side, I have prepared plenty of new and hopefully interesting posts in advance to help stave off any content interruptions.

Congratulations to you both on the little toolguyd. It will be fun to teach him how to build things. Legos are your friend.

You could use a tool bag like this one as a diaper bag. Get him started on the right track:
    http://www.amazon.com/Milwaukee-BAG17MIL-17-Inch-Canvas-Pocket/dp/B004K9RY6U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1406134688&sr=8-1&keywords=milwaukee+tool+bag&dpPl=1

Too bad they don’t make the Milwaukee heated apparel in kid sizes.

maybe a manufacturer will make some and give them to you to test.
