Cyber Monday is finally here! Here are the 2 BEST Cyber Monday Tool Deals!
The tricky part about Black Friday and Cyber Monday promos is that they don’t always match up with what you’re looking for. But with these promos, you can save on the tools that might not be discounted otherwise.

Acme Tools – 10% off $99+ Sitewide!

There are some brand and SKU exclusions, as usual, and you can see full details here.
But, THIS IS THE BIG ONE that we’ve been waiting for. This is where you save on all of the tools, bands, accessories, and what-not that you couldn’t score a Black Friday deal on.
This is the deal I’m hitting up first.
DEWALT, MILWAUKEE, MAKITA, and BOSCH tools are included in the deal. (Most) tools that are already on sale are not eligible. I say *most* because there have been some pleasant surprises in the past.

Thanks for the tip! I just pulled the trigger on a previous deal you posted – DCF850P1 + free battery + the 10% code worked as well!
Stuart
Nice!! Glad to hear it – thanks for sharing!
I’m kicking myself on a couple of promos that I bought elsewhere earlier, but there was no way to know what would be included or excluded by this promo.
Update: From what I have seen, “free with purchase” promos are NOT stacking on top of the coupon offer. If it is, that could be a (lucky) mistake. In my testing, adding the coupon code will remove free gift items from the shopping cart.

We are seriously excited about 10% off? I have 3 unused HD 10% coupons sitting on my desk.
Stuart
That’s good for you, but some of us don’t have piles of unused 10% coupons. 10% off tools that aren’t discounted right now is still 10% of a purchase that I get to keep in my wallet.
All of what I ordered so far today are not available at Home Depot.
MicahMc
Agreed. I was able to get the new DeWALT impact driver with 2 batteries PLUS the new 17″ interchangeable weed trimmer (over $50 cheaper than HD before discounts) – PLUS the coupon which was a major win.
Brian A
Point is that 10% off is the lowest BF CM Acme discount I can remember in almost a decade, also the cap on the discount is lower than normal.
Higher prices plus lower discounts…
MicahMc
That’s a fair point. I was looking at previous emails and ads and you’re absolutely correct. Few exceptions (as always) like some of the lower-priced DeWALT tools overall this year, but generally speaking, Acme prices have indeed been higher and more stringent on sale prices over BF and CM this year.
Stuart
Here’s Acme Tools Cyber Monday discount history:
2016: 20% off 1 item, $200 max savings
2017: 20% off 1 item, $150 max savings
2018: 18% off 1 item, $50 max savings
2019: 15% off $99+, $100 savings limit
2020: 10% off $99+, $100 savings limit
2021: 10% off $99+, $100 savings limit
10% with a $100 cap but multiple uses is the best deal RIGHT NOW.
And, $100 max savings is still better than a $50 limit.
This deal is a repeat of last year’s deal.
Sometimes it pays to wait for a better deal, but other times the better deal doesn’t come. That’s a determination everyone has to make on their own.
For some of the Dewalt tools I bought, the 10% stacked on top of promo pricing, which resulted in greater savings.
The tools I ordered were priced much lower with this discount than in recent months. Could they be discounted further in the days or weeks to come? Maybe for some, others definitely not.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been asked “do you think [tool that is rarely discounted] will go on sale for Black Friday?” For a lot of those tools, 10% savings is the most to expect to see.
There might be “buy more, save more” deals in December, but there’s no guarantee on that either.
Brian A
2019 was 15% off order not 1 item. Prior to 2016 it use to be 25% off one item. Deals of $50 off $250 were common too.
Some people have had nothing to do but shop and spend $, retailers know this and with people’s short memories they always think they are getting a deal. The only way to fix things is stop buying… which we know our society can’t do.
10% off is rarely something to get excited, certainly does not qualify as best deal, sale of the year, or something to wait for, like last year its not good enough for me to make an extra purchase. It stacking on some other discounts, are they “real” discounts, if so then they probably missed to exclude somethings and sure it might be a deal.

No use pining for the “good old days”
We bought a Miller diesel engine-driven welder from Zoro with one of their long-gone 30% odd promo codes. I think we saved something over $4000 versus their price – and about $3000 less than the best price we could find elsewhere.
With shortages (real and perceived) this year, the vendors just don’t have to try as hard. I’m reminded that we should be happy with what we’ve got. If you are sitting on a pile of cash from the runup in the stock market – saving from not spending on travel/vacations/restaurants/ concerts etc. – the 10% savings deals for discretionary tool buying shouldn’t cause too much angst.
It could be worse – like buying a new car in my neck of the woods – where some dealers are asking for $ thousands over MSRP for some models. So, no one in my family gets a new car for Christmas – maybe it will quiet down by Easter?
Stuart
Sorry Brian, I stand corrected!
I don’t believe I caught their 2015 savings at all, or at least I can’t find any post on it.
There are 2 types of purchases: needs and wants.
If you need a new tool for a project or your work, maybe you can put it off for a little bit, but not for months or years.
If you want a new tool, sometimes the timing isn’t important.
The fact of that matter is that promos from 2+ years ago aren’t relevant to the here-and-now for anyone looking to make immediate or near-future purchases. For anyone wanting to make a near-future purchase, this is the best deal on a lot of tools that are rarely if ever discounted.
I’d rather save 10% on a tool than pay full price.
Everyone has to make their own decisions. Personally, I’m not going to give up on 10% savings in hopes that I save another 5% on something 6 months from now. Well, it depends on the product.
Last year I missed a promo on something in May and waited for Black Friday. The deal wasn’t as good, and so I waited until the next spring and there weren’t any deals at all. So this time I liked the Black Friday deal and bought it. Maybe there will be another deal next spring, but if not I’m not waiting another entire year.

Hey – that pricey $200 Norwegian Viking Arm that Stuart posted about in May – is now also 10% off for CM direct from the importer:
https://masscaproducts.com/products/viking-arm?variant=37356727894176
or you can save 12% on each if you buy 4
