I’m still big on the 1/2″ Atomic DCF921 w/ PowerStack battery for $149 (DCF921E1) at Farm & Fleet – https://www.farmandfleet.com/products/1448674-dewalt-20v-1-2-compact-impact-wrench-kit-with-powerstack-battery.html
And at ToolUp you can get the same DCD800 drill but with two (2) PowerStack batteries (DCD800E2) for only $10 more – https://www.toolup.com/DeWalt-DCD800E2-20V-MAX-XR-Brushless-Cordless-1-2-in-Drill-Driver-Kit

I’d be hesitant about Toolup; I saw a complaint on Reddit that they cancelled Black Friday orders due to pricing being accidentally too low, offering nothing but a 10% promo code as an apology.
Big Richard
Saw that as well, seems like they inadvertently priced something lower than it was supposed to be. It happens, especially this time of year. I still think they should have honored the price, but that customer got a full refund and a discount for a future order. Had they cancelled with no explanation and offered no resolution, that would be a different story.
Pipe+Bender+69
I say we boycott sellers that do this. They should honor their prices. I take losses when I underbid jobs, I don’t tell a customer, I actually forgot about this breaker and wire it’s actually 300$ more… I just eat it. If we announce a boycott they might honor the gentlemans deal.
Jordan
Hey good lookin out! Thanks
Rich
Big Richard,
Glad you posted, I just bought the DCF921E1. Nice & compact and probably perfect for my needs. Also, I cancelled the DCF900P1 $319 since the upcoming H1 kit looks better – if I even need the 900, at all.
For now the 921 will work for me and saves me $170 over the 900 behemoth. That’s Big! (free bag of candy – malt balls – at farmandfleet)
Thanks!
Rich
Big Richard
I do love their candy selection, especially around the holidays. Glad I could help!

Acme has the Dewalt 4 1/2” saw-sku DCS571B, $129.00 for saw plus Dewalt starter kit. It says it’s currently out of stock, but usually ships in 3-5 weeks. I assume you can still order it!
Matt+S
The Home Depot BOGO with the 4 and 6AH batteries shows “This Deal has Sold Out” for me. It also shows no kits in warehouse available for store delivery. Perhaps its just my area, but it’s been showing that around here since either the Friday or Monday after Thanksgiving.
MM
Home Depot deals seem to come and go. I ended up buying the DWS779 with the free roller stand, it was just too good of a deal to pass up. I didn’t buy it straight away as I was wondering what other deals might pop up from others, and over the few days I was watching it I noticed that throughout the day the stock status would fluctuate, sometimes the deal was available, other times it wasn’t, then it would be back, then sold out again. Sometimes only one of the two stand options was available. Repeat for days. It seemed to me like each morning there would be new inventory listed, and again in the early afternoon. If you want that deal keep checking and it may become available again.
Jerrick
Same for me. Been that way for several days now.
Ben
Same. Deal has sold out. Probably should remove it from this post!
Theodore
Shows as in stock at my local store but none online. When I click on nearby stores there are 4 stores with stock. Maybe it is regional?
Mark M.
The DeWalt organizer shows sold out everywhere and not available for delivery or ship to store. I don’t understand why HD lists items in this way…just change the availability to “Sold Out” or “Backordered”. smh. I order from little jake-leg websites that do a better job of listing item status than HD.
MM
The 10-compartment shallow parts organizer? It shows in stock at my local HD, and a few nearby. It won’t allow me to order it for free home delivery but it is available for pickup in store or for express delivery.
It seems like the main warehouse ran out but local stores may still have some?
Michael
My HD also shows NO free delivery AND sold out [well, in actuality “low inventory” with nothing available in stores for 500 miles. . . . ]. Bait and Switch, IMHO. Better yet: Loss leader bait and pull, and buy something more profitable for us
Vards Uzvards
Earlier this season, in New Mexico, these shallow organizers were showing up on the HD web site, available for in-store pickup. I ordered a pair, and it was in the the locker about an hour later. In this particular store I haven’t seen these organizers on the store floor though. In another store, some 20 minutes drive away, the organizers were there – pick up as many as you want.
Now, in California, the HD web site reports no inventory at the store nearest to where I live. But if I’m willing to drive to the other side of the San Francisco Bay, a few dozen of organizers are available for pickup.
So, I guess it all depends on your / store’s location, and how much they still have left in stock.

Stuart –
The selection of bonus items is quite varied, making this a great way to **built** up your cordless power tool kit.
This is an excellent **time time** stock up quality consumables at a discount!
Stuart
Thank you! *fixed*
Terry
Is the 4-1/2 saw with the 5A battery price listed correct?
“See Also: Saw + 5Ah Battery for $169 at Home Depot”
Shows up as $348 on HD for me, an extra $40 for a 5Ah battery would be fantastic
Terry
In addition, the saw + battery + charger is $299
MM
When I look it shows me $129 for the bare tool, $348 for the pair (bare tool + 5ah batt), or $299 for the kit with charger and one 5ah batt (DCS571P1). The kit shows out of stock with no ability to backorder.
Stuart
It looks like that bonus promo has ended – I removed it from the post, thanks for letting me know!
MM
Just a heads up: Acme has the 5.0 ah Dewalt Powerstack batteries available for preorder. $369 for a 2-pack, $249 for one is the current pricing. Estimated ship date December 15.
Big Richard
I may just wait to get one with the new DCF900 impact wrench in the DCF900H1 kit – https://www.lowes.com/pd/DEWALT/5013946501
Worth noting that the upcoming 5Ah PS kits (H1) come with the upgraded DCB1106 6A charger. Kinda nice.
MM
That’s the kind of thing I’m keeping my eye out for. I do plan on picking up at least two of those 5ah Flexvolts, I just hope they’ll bundle them with something useful. The DCF900 would be one such tool!
Big Richard
So far the only tools I’ve seen it bundled with are DCF900, DCS570 circ saw, DCG413 grinder, DCH273 roto hammer, and DCS382 recip.
MM
Thanks. The DCF900 seems to be the most interesting of those to me. I already have the roto hammer (and it’s great!), I don’t need the recip, and if I’m getting another circ saw from Dewalt I’m going Flexvolt. Now if they bothered to bundle those 5ah powerstacks with the Flathead grinder that would be a lot more interesting.
Big Richard
@MM I picked up the flat head when they had the 2x6Ah clearance deal at Farm & Fleet, thanks to your heads up on it. Thanks again for that.
MM
I remember that! I already had one before that special came up but I would have loved to have picked up a couple more so I could spend less time swapping wheels. Alas it was an in-store-only special so I couldn’t take advantage of it!
Mike
Home depot has the 5ah power stack battery for $235 and ship to store (up to 173 to Paramus NJ) by the end of this week.

Wish he 3/8 ratchet was cheaper
Big Richard
Which model, the 20v or the 12v? If the latter, this is one deal going right now. I got my 12v 3/8″ ratchet for “free” when I bought the 12v DCK221F2 drill/impact kit at Lowes for $199. I then sold the drill kit to a friend for $100, which means I paid $99 for the ratchet. You may even be able to get $120 for the drill kit. So it can take some work, but you can save up to $100 off of retail.
If you are interested in the 20v, I have not seen any deals on that unfortunately. While it is not cheaper outright, you also can wait for the 3/8″ & 1/2″ swappable anvil 20v XR model DCF510 since it is sorta two tools in one – https://www.lowes.com/pd/DEWALT/5013549737
Skfarmer
Runnings has the 1.7 amp power stack batteries for 59 bucks each.

The deal on the DCS578X1 kit at Acme still seems like a good deal to me. I was considering it at the $269 price and ended up buying it on cyber Monday with the additional 10% off. The 10% off is gone, but it’s still marked down to $269. It was showing as backordered with an estimated delivery of January 20th when I placed my order, yet it arrived two days ago. YMMV on the delivery though.

The DeWalt DCK379D2 (brushless drill, brushless impact, brushless oscillating tool) is on sale at Farm and Fleet for $189 with (2) 2Ah batteries and a charger. Seems like a very good deal.

I bought the dewalt 12in sliding compound miter saw…the only one without a stand combo… turns out the picture is almost identical to the advertised one…. really?
Stuart
The miter saw is usually sold by itself. There are occasional deals and promos where it’s bundled with a free stand. In that case, you still get the same standalone miter saw, and a stand in a separate box.
