Bosch MX25EC-21 Corded Multi-X Oscillating Tool

Early yesterday we posted about a free Bosch Multi-X blade offer, and also mentioned a great deal we found on their corded Multi-X tool – $106 after automatic coupon. The kit went out of stock around lunchtime with a 4-6 week ETA. Well, it looks like Amazon received an emergency resupply, because the Multi-X kit is back in stock.

Regular price is about $150, but the multi-tool is currently on sale for $126. Amazon’s $20 off $100 Bosch promo means that an extra $20 is taken off at checkout, setting the out-the-door price at $106.

Bosch’s Multi-X has a pretty good reputation around these parts, and a $45 savings makes this an even better deal. We believe that a tool-free blade change version is on the verge of being released, but we don’t know when that will be or how much it will cost.

This set includes the 2.5A corded variable speed oscillating tool, Allen wrench, plunge cut blade, segmented blade, grout blade, sanding pad, 15 sanding triangles, a scraper blade, OSCAD1 adapter, hex wrench and a soft carrying bag.

The OSCAD1 adapter means you can use other brands’ blades and accessories with the Multi-X.

Good price for a great tool. I have run mine upside-down in a shower of drywall dust for 30-minute shifts and it just keeps going. The tool-less version looks like it will use the same OIS attachments which will be very nice when it gets to the US.
