The CardSharp 2 is a slim pocket knife that flattens out to the size and shape of a credit card for storage and transport. Just 3 folds are needed to transform and prep the knife for use. The knife blade is made from surgical stainless steel, and the polypropylene body features a built-in sheath.

This is the type of pocket knife that turns heads. It definitely has serious appeal, with its slim profile, light weight and unique deployment. You can purchase one for £15 ($23-25) plus a small fee for international shipping.
With less moving parts and a polymer handle, the CardSharp is a bit cheaper than other low-profile knives such as the Sog Access Card. We just might need to order one for ourselves to try out.

Edit: Robert shared a very insightful comment and a reminder that you should be familiar with the laws where you live before you buy something like this!

That’s a pretty neat gadget, but I’ve seen too much. I once worked in law enforcement and know this too well. It has concealed weapon written all over it. Not to suggest that it’s any different than a pocket knife for that matter. The issue is that it’s the kind of thing that cops love to charge you with. Where they might otherwise give you a break with a Swiss Army Knife, some would slap a charge on you yesterday for this. Make sure you know the laws in your state before sticking one in your wallet.
The problem is not so much what it is. It’s more about the manner in which it’s carried. It’s the kind of thing that cops are trained to look for and pride themselves in finding.
If you have any kind of a record in particular, I’d stay away from this. As long as there’s no reason to search you, you’d be fine. The moment you’re involved in something and are searched, it’s an almost certain CCW charge.

I’m not familiar with the law but I was thinking the same thing. Hate to forget it’s in the wallet and try to fly.
It’s one of those things that I really can’t see a need for.

oh Please
You must be kidding me .
A concealed weapon inside your wallet .Yea like its a weapon in any way shape or form .
Mr robber please let me dig thru my wallet before you take it so I can put together my knife to stop you .
I guess you believe in the police to save you only minutes from now when seconds count.

Kinda like box cutters, no harm can come from those, huh.

Hi ‘Grow some’,
To me they sure sound like the ant-self defense crowd. Just how some people say, ”How can that evil black rifle be used for hunting, it should be illegal.”
Allen
Our state just loosened the concealed carry laws, with a large increase in applications. From what I have seen most are from the type of guy who wants to be viewed as a guy who carries a weapon. I put knives like this and black rifles in that same category, mostly show.
Little off topic, sorry.

wish they would bring back the spydercard, I settled on a swiss card that comes in handy.

I think the length of the blade has much to do with this term. I highly doubt a credit card sized “pocket knife” could be construed that way.

In some jurisdictions knife laws regarding what constitutes a CCW are a bit vague and tend to be up to the interpretation of the arresting officer as well as the judge at the trial. That’s why carrying this might be cause for personal worry. However, most states are very explicit in stating that there’s zero-tolerance for knives in courthouses and governmental buildings.
