Home Depot Tool Deals of the Day 11-25-25 with Dewalt Milwaukee Makita Ryobi Ridgid Cordless Power Tools

You can almost forget all about Black Friday, because Home Depot is holding a huge one-day sale on cordless power tools featuring all of their top brands – Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Ryobi, and Ridgid.

There are lots of incredibly good bargains in today’s tool deals of the day, with lower prices than I have seen over the course of the Black Friday deals season so far.

Shop the One-Day Sale at Home Depot

Some of the deals are special bundles, such as a Milwaukee mechanics tool combo with an M18 impact wrench, M12 ratchet, and set of impact sockets.

They also have a Ryobi 18V 3-tool cordless combo kit for $127 instead of the $149 that it’s been priced at so far.

If you were looking to buy the Ryobi 18V starter kit and free tool bundle, you can get it with select options such as with the reciprocating saw bundle for $87 instead of $99.

Even Makita got in on this – you can get their top of the line 18V combo kit with a FREE oscillating multi-tool for $32 less than the price of their season-long freebie deal.

Dewalt has special kit bundle deals on their 20V Max brushless reciprocating saw, and others, including the XR brushless jig saw. Or opt for their FlexVolt miter saw with bonus battery, the 20V Max Atomic rotary hammer with PowerStack battery, 20V Max Atomic compact band saw kit (with PowerStack battery), to name a few more.

The extra savings vary. For example, Home Depot has the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Sawzall reciprocating saw with FORGE battery bundle for $20 less than the promo has been selling for.

I expect to see some new flash sales, doorbusters, and tool deals of the day over the next couple of days, but it’s definitely worth checking these out too.

A lot of these are new deals I haven’t seen before. We might see them again throughout the season, or this could be the one-and-only time.

This time of year, my stance is that it’s easier to buy and return should you change your mind, than to regret not getting in a deal when you had the chance.

Shop the One-Day Sale at Home Depot

The deals end at 3am ET 11/26/25 unless supplies sell out sooner.

The Porter Cable air compressor and 3 nail gun combo for $127 is a fantastic deal. Yeah, its a loud compressor but it’s usually $200 on sale.

I keep going back and forth on whether i should pull the trigger on this one – i only have a cordless 18GA nailer currently, not sure whether i’d use the pin and 16ga enough to justify it. but it also almost feels like it’s in ‘impulse buy’ territory at that price.

It’s worth it at that price for the pin nailer alone. I don’t use the 16 ga that often, but have when installing trim. Might be able to pick up a used nail gun from someone switching to cordless.

Must have been a mistake because it’s no longer listed (I did see it earlier this morning).

The guns last better than the compressor, over the years the compressors lasted less and less.

What’s the free Good included on some of the Ryobi kits?

As part of this deal? There are only a couple of options.

As part of the regular deal? Following is an image summary, and you can find links to the different Ryobi deals in this post: https://toolguyd.com/home-depot-free-tool-deals-holiday-2025/

Not tool, good. Some of the kits have a tag that say “FREE GOOD INCLUDED “

Ah. I assume they say “free good,” because something like a fan is an accessory rather than a tool.

Consider the Ryobi free offer deal, where you buy a starter kit and get a free tool or accessory – that’s the “free good.” That deal is $99.

With many of today’s deals of the day, the specific freebie is preselected for you, and they cut the price by varying amounts. For the Ryobi starter kit plus free tool/good deal, there’s an added $12 discount.

The “free good” included refers to how these are essentially the same as the “free gift with purchase” deals, where you’re buying the starter kit and getting the tool for free.

So for the Ryobi entries in the image at the top of the post, the free good/gift included is the reciprocating saw with the 2pc combo kit, and angle grinder or oscillating tool with the starter kit bundles.

What you see is what you get, there’s no additional free good, the preselected freebie is already shown as part of the bundle.

I’m sorry for misunderstanding your question, I didn’t pay attention to the various marketing graphics HD adds to their promo images.

I presume they’re just being cute instead of saying “free tool” like they always do. You can see the same FREE GOOD graphic on some of the Ridgid offerings as well.

I saw this too and figured it was AI nonsense or a typo.

There really are some fantastic deals here. I thought I was done with my power tool shopping this year, but I couldn’t resist getting the DeWalt Atomic band saw kit. Those slim 4ah batteries are REALLY tempting, too.

I had to take a closer tool – this is much better deal than I had realized! I can’t tell if it’s a mistake, or if they intended to discount a $349 kit down to $149.

I would argue the bundles with the bare tools and 3.5Ah PS for $177 are perhaps even better deals. Those 3.5Ah PS batteries are amazing, they’re just normally way too pricey.

Right!? This year has turned out to be better than I had anticipated. Thanks for your coverage, I would have missed this one completely.

And it’s not even Thanksgiving yet.

The season-long deals are a but underwhelming, but I’m now optimistic that retailers will make up for it with flash sales and doorbuster deals.

Bought the pack out rolling large drawer and 2-drawer for the greatest discount on both. The DeWalt 6+4 battery packs (not the best form factors but I can return them if I don’t like it) and the porter cable 4 tool pneumatic kit (I can gift it to a budding wood worker or keep as backups).
All pretty solid deals, though spending $157 on the pack-out rolling drawer still hurts a bit… It’s mainly plastic with a drawer and wheels. Sheesh.

Personally, I am not a fan of those DeWalt 6 Ah batteries – I haven’t found them to perform well (oddly mine seems to have a shorter run time than the 5 Ah 10-cell packs), even when used with relatively low-current tools like fans . The 4 Ah compact batteries (w/ 21700 cells) are solid even if they’re not the latest & greatest tech, and I like the form factor (size). For that reason, I think that the “20-V MAX Compact Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah Battery Pack (2-Pack) with 12V to 20V MAX Charger” for $97 is a better value.

Yeah. I don’t like the 4ah because it’s so wide that it can’t clip onto my impacts because they have belt clips, and the 6ah is just odd. It’s too big for anything other than a circular saw or recip and it doesn’t work with flexvolt tools. I’m going to return it, as shortly after I got a 2-pack of 5ah batteries for $55 from do-it-best (ace hardware kind of store). I have never gotten that good of a deal before from brick and mortar.
