Hot Deal: CRKT Wrinkle Knife for $30!

CRKT Ken Onion Wrinkle Knife Red

Over at Woot, an Amazon company, the CRKT Wrinkle knife is on sale for just $30. We reviewed the special CRKT Snap-on edition of the Wrinkle knife, and really liked it.

I thought the Wrinkle was reasonably priced for how well it was built and for its features, but there was undoubtedly a premium built into the price with the Snap-on branding.

$30 is a fantastic price for what you get – a comfortable knife with an effortless flipper and ball bearing deployment, and a strong and share blade. Not everyone will love the Wrinkle’s orange-peel-like handle texture, but it looks quite good in person and is easy on the hands.

The Wrinkle knife was supposed to be a Snap-on exclusive, which is why you cannot find it available through any regular CRKT dealers. My guess is that CRKT had a bunch of parts leftover and decided to do a special run in red.

The regular price through Snap-on dealers is still $125-$130, which means the knife is on sale for 75% off!

Shipping is a flat $5 per order, and you can purchase up to 3 of these knives. Deal expires 1am 7/31/2014 CT unless supplies run out sooner.

If you want to know more about this knife, check out our review!

The first time Woot had this knife on sale, it was only available in red. Now, it’s available in your choice of red or dark brown.

Just an FYI, woot still has this deal on the wrinkle knives, red or brown. As of today it says there are 5 days left -or- until sold out.

Red ones are sold out. Brown ones look a bit too much like a turd. 🙁

I ordered several different knives and a few other items from WOOT on Friday morning.

I was a little surprised to see my mailman parked in front of my driveway on Sunday afternoon. Turns out he was delivering a partial shipment of my order. It’s the first time I have EVER seen a Sunday delivery by USPS. ( I paid a flat $5 for shipping)

Very impressed with the knives,WOOT, and USPS! Thanks TOOLGUYD!

Hey I know this is a long shot but I absolutely love this knife but broke the pocket clip. Does any one have one that they would be interested in selling? Thanks michael

Have you contacted CRKT to see what they could do for you?

Yea they said that that part was no longer available and that I could send it in for warranty. But seeing how I broke the clip I wouldn’t feel right doing that. Also the blade profile is what I like. I don’t know of an any others that the blade has a continuous curve like that one.
        Thanks for all the help
