Right now over at Amazon, this 12 gallon wet/dry Shop Vac is a mere $42.12. It features a 4.5HP motor, 6-foot long 1-1/4″ hose, 3 cleaning wand attachments, and a wide floor nozzle. Amazingly, this shop vac is apparently made in the USA.

FYI, I was just at Home Depot, and they had a 16 Gallon Shop Vac on sale for $26.

Yes, the Ridgid 16 gallon shop vacuum at Home Depot for $29 is a great deal, but they’re extremely hard to find now. They are not available for purchase online, and most stores sold out their stock extremely early on Black Friday.
