Over at Home Depot, there are a bunch of cordless nailers, air nailers, and air compressors on sale today.
Many of these deals are the same or similar to what we saw in April’s similar deal of the day, but I don’t remember when I last saw Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel cordless nailers on sale.

There are 16 deals in total, and I’m sorry for not having it in me to write about each and every one today. At first glance, the Milwaukee nailers look to be the hottest of the deals, but the others are worth glancing through as well. Ryobi’s cordless inflator, for instance, is reasonably priced and could be an appealing entry into their 18V lineup.
The Dewalt brad nailer also caught my eye. $49 for a brand-name brad nailer seems like a good deal. As an aside, if I were to buy an air nailer right now, it would likely be Hitachi’s, for $59 via Amazon. I’ve always heard good things about Hitachi air tools, and that one just calls to me.
I’m in the market for a stationary air compressor, but none of the ones on sale float my boat.
The countdown says that the deals end at 4am ET 6/4/2017, unless supplies sell out sooner.

With #NPS17 on June 7th, I wonder if updated products are coming or just some massive inventory clearing. Either way I’ll jump on this deal!

Pretty impressed with many of Ryobi’s 18V offering’s especially for tools that get used monthly over daily (their 40V OPE rock’s use it commercial and impressed with performance, price, weight and durability).
I’ve started replacing a lot of my corded / pneumatic tools that I don’t use more than a few times a month for Job’s with Ryobi’s for weekly/daily tool’s I’ve stayed with DeWalt 20V max and transitioning over to Milwaukee’s 12V Fuel offerings for similar power performance in a smaller lighter size that allow’s more tool’s in a smaller space.
I Digress…
That said I’ve been impressed with Ryobi’s 18V P320 18Ga Brad nailer that I picked up earlier this year, so last night I picked up the 18V P360 18Ga Narrow Crown Stapler for $107 (after Veteran 10% disc), while I’ve done Crown trim, I’ll actually use it a lot of other jobs and project’s I was skeptical that a cordless nailer would be able to compete with a Pneumatic tool, esp on an entry level/DIY/weekend warrior offering, but Ryobi’s Airstrike tool blew me away.
One of my clients had a Tuff shed built, it was assembled by a Tuff Shed, subcontractor, my client had me prep the base it was on a sloped area adjacent to a wet land area. The sub had a portable tool box full of the lime green Ryobi I spotted, inquiring about the tools the subcontractor told me that is all he buy’s for his crew’s .
I think it’s time to put my compressor and tool’s on Craigslist.
That said if your considering one of the tool’s from HD deal of the day, some great offering’s the Ryobi P854 18-Volt ONE+ AirStrike Brad Nailer Kit for $149 is a great deal and a gateway to the “Electric Lime Green machine’s” if you don’t have a battery & charger already, the 18V Fuel and 20V Max are good deals as well.
Disclaimer, I don’t work for HD, TTI or DeWalt , just perhaps one cup of coffee to many this morning and I tend to be passionate both For/Against things. So if you’ve been on the fence about Cordless vs Pneumatic a little more info to make a decision LOL. Granted I don’t use this nailer overhead 5-8hrs a day so it’s a lot heavier than Pneumatic guns and I’m not as young and strong as I used to be.

Home Depot gas some “special buys” on some Emax compressors that may be worth a look:

Weird that the M18 18 gauge brad nailer isn’t on the list. It seems like the only one and likely the most popular gauge to buy into. All the other makes have their 18 gauge. What’s up with that?
