Dewalt Save 25 off 100 Amazon Holiday 2013

Similar to the Bosch deal we posted about earlier today, Amazon is now offering a $25 off $100+ discount on select Dewalt tool and accessory orders. There might be a few exclusions, but it looks like there are fewer than in previous years (e.g. safety eyewear is not included in the promo).

Shop Now: Save $25 off $100+ Dewalt Tool & Accessory Orders (Amazon)

The promo ends on 12/31/2013. The discount is applied instantly to your cart, so there are no coupon codes to have to fuss around with. It only applies to eligible Dewalt products sold and shipped directly by Amazon.

I typically take advantage of holiday savings like this to pick up extra ToughSystem storage cases, bare power tools, and accessory sets. What will you buy?

    Excellent!
I will use this opportunity to buy DEWALT DCF895D2 impact driver, and Bosch BAT620-2PK battery, and maybe the new bosch brushless oscillating tool.

I am contemplating buying a DWX726 collapsible stand for my DW735 Planer so I can get it out of the way when not in use and keep the roller height perfectly calibrated. I have a small shop in my basement and finally most of the tools I need for my projects, so at this point, my gear lust is more for more intelligent storage and ways of keeping things clean and organized.

I also have been buying DeWalt gloves and eyewear for my winter bicycle commute, so I may pick up some goggles to keep my safety glasses from fogging through the facemask. The gloves are fantastic for biking in the winter. I’d couple that with some new drill/driver bits to get the deal above $100. These sales are great for replacing worn out gear or batteries.

This goggles are pretty darned good. I wrote about them a while back in a favorite safety goggles roundup, but keep putting off the full review. What I like most about them is how the seal material is a little firmer than with other goggles. They still fog up a little, but all goggles do.

Thanks for the hot tip. Made the price of a new DEWALT DCV581H 18 by 20-volt MAX Cordless/Corded Wet-Dry Vacuum too good to pass up.

You’re very welcome! I picked up my Dewalt 18V cordless vac 2 years ago during a similar holiday sale. Although, I think then Amazon only offered a $20 off $100+ discount.

Man, it’s a bummer that Milwaukee pulled out of amazon. I’d really like to pick up some M12 fuel tools… But no $25 off to be found for big red. I missed the free battery promotion at Home Depot. Weak!

This year I only plan on buying an inexpensive jigsaw for my father – either Dewalt or Makita since the Bosch ones aren’t eligible for $25-off savings. Maybe some Akro Mils storage totes from either Amazon or Zoro Tools. I’m good with L-Boxxes and ToughSystem cases, so I probably won’t buy any more of those unless the price gets REALLY good somehow.

For a tool kit, such as mechanics tools, I would look at Sears’ Craftsman sales. For things like hammers, tape measures, and screwdrivers, there are some good deals on inexpensive versions, but the ones I bought over the years are never really on sale during the holiday season. If you’re going to buy an all-in-one homeowner type of tool kit,, Lowes often carries an okay Kobalt set for $15-20.
