Dewalt Cordless Drill and Impact Driver Deal is a Reasonable Price

I noticed that this Dewalt 20V Max cordless drill and impact driver combo kit dropped in price on Amazon, making it a reasonably good deal right now.

This is the Dewalt DCK277D2 2-tool combo kit, featuring the DCD777 brushless drill, DCF787 brushless impact driver, 2x 2Ah batteries, charger, and tool bag.

The special buy price is $169. Lowe’s has matched Amazon’s price. In contrast, Home Depot has a combo kit with brushed motors for $179. Amazon has the same brushed motor kit for $149.

These are entry level tools, but the price is far better than it has been, and this might be the best it’ll be this holiday season.

The tools in this kit are far from Dewalt’s latest and greatest. They’re serviceable, but what’s important is that I can’t find a better deal in Dewalt’s 20V Max cordless power tool system right now.

Dewalt has newer and better drills, impact drivers, and combo kits in their 20V Max system, but I’m not finding anything close to this price.
