Dewalt Tough System Music Player DWST08810

This durable, feature-rich, and great-sounding Dewalt ToughSystem music player is on sale at Acme Tool, for $160. It’s $199 at Amazon, or $174 after $25 off $100+ promo.

There’s not much not to like about this Dewalt Bluetooth music player. It’s got an AM/FM radio, it’s water and dust resistant to IP54 standards, it can be stacked with other ToughSystem modules, and it can be run off either 12V Max or 20V Max battery packs.

It also comes with an AC adapter. Plus… it can also charge your battery packs.

This is a good jobsite radio at a great price.

I love the audio, especially with an active subwoofer and passive radiator.

Hands down the Dewalt tough system radio is the loudest and clearest sounding jobsite radio on the market

This radio doesn’t appear to qualify for the $25 off DeWalt purchase of $100 or more on Acme Tools, and it also doesn’t appear to qualify for the 10% off my next online purchase. Lame.

This is the best-sounding jobsite radio, but the Makita Bluetooth AM/FM radio isn’t far behind in second place and takes up a heck of a lot less space.

I own 2 of these, but I don’t use the ToughSystem. I am also an audiophile, and this thing is good enough to work in your den, etc. Fantastic sound. The only problem with using it inside is it’s too ugly to pass the WAF factor-she’s say’s OUTSIDE with that yellow monstrosity! One for the garage and one for the work-shed.

One drawback-if you move it around AT ALL the battery jostles loose-it’s a real pain to get it to click in so I try not to move them much at all…

But the sound is so awesome it’s worth that minor annoyance.
