Several Festool distributors have released the brand’s 2014 price list, which shows that most Festool tools and accessories will be going up in price starting April 1st, 2014.
A few Festool products are actually going down in price, such as the 491594 quick clamp I had my eye on. Some products’ prices aren’t changing at all. If you’re planning to place an order for Festool tools in the near future, check the price list first.

Festool Products is a Tool Nut company. I have ordered from both stores in the past and think quite highly of them.

If you haven’t heard, 7 Corners Hardware in St. Paul, MN is in the process of closing and currently offering 10% off all inventory with caveat that all sales are final. This includes Festool products.

I’ve purchased from them online and was able to carve out a few hours during a business trip to make my way to the store – lets just say it’s a good thing they were 8+ hours away by car or my bank account would be much smaller.

Thanks for the reminder.
I bought from them years ago – and saw a recent article speculating that they were selling out because the new generation of family owners thought the real estate was worth more that the hardware business. Too bad – hate to see another independent go out of business.
I did take a look at buying 2 Festool track saw blades from them – the discount brought them to $85.50 – but nearly $14 in shipping charges – made it more expensive than other sources – at full price with free shipping. Maybe if you are buying a lot – this would be a great deal.

I tried ordering on their website, but it looks like they are no longer updating quantity or availability on the website (it lets you put the order through). Someone on the back end is reviewing and cancelling out the orders. So if you want something, it’s best to call and see what they have.

3x the price of a competitive product just doesn’t go as far as it used to…
