Gearwrench Indexing Nail Puller

Gearwrench has recently (and quietly) released a new tool – a 12″ indexing nail puller. This tool combines the efficiency and ease of a cat’s paw puller design with the convenience of a pivoting lever arm with 180° of swing.

This indexing puller is intended to be used in tight quarters and between closely spaced beams, and likely performs as well as standard nail pullers in less demanding scenarios.

The design of this tool is no doubt based off of Gearwrench’s high quality indexing pry bars. While this is logical, it is also disappointing – we would love to see Gearwrench venture beyond their focus on mechanics and automotive tools, but it looks as if this may just be a one-time thing.

Gearwrench’s new indexing nail puller is available for abut $25 at Sears.

I love innovations in the nail pulling arena! I admit that I’m biased.
