Here’s a peek at the official Harbor Freight 2025 Black Friday tool deals sales flyer!

There are definitely some good deals here. I’ll go over the highlights, and you can look over the photos I took of the flyer to see everything else.

As was the case last year, Inside Track Club members get early access on 11/24, and the non-subscribing public can get in on the deals starting on Thanksgiving (11/27) online and Black Friday (11/28) in stores.

ICON Ratchets – Save 40%
Daytona Jacks – Save 30%
Apache Cases – Save 30%

These seem like great deals, especially the discount on Icon ratchets. It’s going to be a madhouse, hopefully Harbor Freight has a stockpile of Icon ratchets and Daytona car jacks at the ready.

Predator 350W Power Station – $250
US General 30″ 5-Drawer Mechanics Cart – $200, 9 color options
Badland 3-ton Off-Road Jack – $280
Hercules 20V Brushless Impact Wrench – $50 tool-only

Harbor Freight Black Friday Tool Deals 2025 Page 3

US General 56″ Rolling Tool Cabinet – $790
Daytona 3-Ton Ratcheting Jack Stands – $35, 8 color options

The jack stands should pair nicely with the Daytona jacks that are on sale.

Icon Professional Adjustable Shop Seat with Tool Storage – $100, 4 color options
Pittsburgh 1000 lb Capacity Engine Stand – $80

Surprisingly, the Pittsburgh Pro folding shop crane isn’t on sale this year.

Folding Lock-Back Utility Knife – $5
Predator 3500 Watt Inverter Generator – $600
Badland 5000 lb UTV/Powersport Winch – $150

Liquidation Sale – Open Box, As-is, Discontinued, Closeout, Factory-Reconditioned, Scratch & Dent Items

Harbor Freight Black Friday Tool Deals 2025 Page 7

There will be some Bauer tool son sale, but surprisingly nothing cordless.

Hercules 15A Lower Wall Breaker Hammer – $400

Harbor Freight Black Friday Tool Deals 2025 Page 8

McGraw 20-Gallon Vertical Shop Air Compressor – $200
McGraw 21-Gallon Oil-Fee Vertical Shop Air Compressor – $240
Fortress 26-Gallon Ultra Quiet Vertical Shop Air Compressor – $360
Earthquake XT 1/2″ Air Impact Wrench – $65, 7 color options

I still don’t have a quiet air compressor. Thoughts on the Fortress quiet air compressor vs other brands, such as California Air Tool? The deal price is only $10 higher than last year’s.

Interestingly, the Earthquake XT composite air impact wrench is quite a bit lower than last year’s Black Friday deal price of $80.

Overall, what do you think of Harbor Freight’s Black Friday sale this year? Do you plan on taking advantage of any of the deals, such as the Icon ratchets sale?

$50 for the off road Jack, would be in my garage in a second if only …. Just a heads up… Aside from that, nothing to exciting for me but I can tell you those fortress compressors are legit. The 6 gallon is pretty quiet at least.

I’ve had the 4 gallon fortress for about five years. It’s a beast. Never had an issue with it. Highly recommend.

Your’s lasted longer than mine. Had it for about 3 years. Used it about 5 times. Went to use it with my impact gun and it stopped building air. Hoped the life would have been longer than this. Worked great when it worked.

Look for cracked air lines coming from the compressor! Soapy water in a spray bottle makes it easier!

The five-drawer tool cabinet looks to be an O.K. deal. Been wanting this for years. I wonder if it’s any good or worth it.

I bought one to try it out, it is really nice quality so when they went on sale again I bought a second. Much better wheels and drawers than my Craftsman. They are a bit of a pain to assemble but worth the effort.

Air compressors – I’ve looked at HF’s offerings in the store, and it looks like California Air Tools may build them – the compressors and fittings are identical to my 10-gallon extremely quiet CAT – “extremely quiet” was the primary reason I bought it – that, and I no longer needed a larger, noisier compressor (60 gallon 240 volt) to drive multiple air tools at once (thank you, DeWalt and Milwaukee Cordless Revolution), and I’ve got a 1-gallon super-quiet CAT for portable – aka “job site” – use. And, for that matter, it looks like a few of Lowe’s air compressors have the same compressor and might be made by CAT. But, it could be that everyone in that market segment, including CAT, is buying compressors from the same place.

I’d say IF they are made by CAT, they’re probably worth it, but looking at the price differences on the Lowe’s compressors vs buying direct from CAT I had concerns about what compromises had been made to meet a price point; some differences were obvious, such as gauges and controls. That and for my new, reduced needs, a 10 gallon refills to usable pressure faster than a 20 or 30.

I can’t remember where, but I do remember reading the quiet tech kobalt compressors were OEM’d by California Air Tools a few years ago. No hard evidence but I definitely remeber seeing that, and it has been my assumption ever since. I wouldn’t be surprised if HF was working with them as well. I personally have the 4.3g twin stack and lots of experience with the 26g, both Kobalt, and they work great. The noise difference is incredible, especially in a small enclosed shop/garage/room.

I’ve used the California compressor the last few years for my previous & current job. (Occasional use case ). I would have tried the Fortress brand if I’d known about it.

Over the last dozen some years, some replacements or (new to me) I bought from HF are: step bits, 3′ crowbars, wonderbar replacements, backup tape measures, safety glasses, dozens of moving blankets, tool totes and bags, dozen parts organizers, bunch of corded tools needed in a pinch, and that scaffolding & handtruck on the ad too.

Depending on amount of use vs. price, generally HF is pretty good. I feel many look down on them and I’ve never tried any cordless tool brands from there, but I think they have a lot of value to offer.

Can’t go wrong with the Hercules line of tools. Good prices and if there in an issue the returns are so easy. No hassles just good customer service.

There are a few good deals but nothing that would make me stand in line waiting for the store to open. The disappointing thing is the lack of 20v tool deals. I’m always looking to upgrade my collection even if it’s just a good deal on an extra battery or two. All in all…meh.

I have the fortress 26 gal quiet compressor. Main reasons was that it was lower noise, and I’m also electrically-limited to 120v @20A on my garage circuit without massive investment in electrical upgrades.

It works, but takes quite a little longer to build pressure than a standard noisy compressor.. I tried running a die grinder on it, and ended up with 2-ish minute breaks while the compressor built back up to pressure every 10 minutes or so. The compressor ran almost nonstop during die grinder use.

Otherwise due to my garages electrical limitations, I’m overall happy with it. I can run it early in the morning for pending project work without waking up the dead, and can even have a conversation near it without feeling like I’m at a rock concert.

That said, $40 off the quiet compressor is one of their lesser deals on it. I got mine during one of their coupon sales where they had a 15% off any item coupon, which worked out to nearly $60 off. The best official sale they’ve had is $50 off the $399 price point.

I’ve got a similar “wait for air pressure to build” problem with my 10 gallon California Air Tools compressor when I’m running a die grinder, but 10 gallons refills faster than larger tanks. That said, it was no trick at all to keep my old 240 volt 60 gallon 2-cylinder running nonstop with a die grinder, and I STILL had to wait for pressure (way back when, I worked at a shop that had two 120 gallon 3-cylinder compressors and while I never had to “wait for air” I could keep both running with a die grinder).

I’ve been looking at the Milwaukee and Bosch die grinders, and probably the next job I have that requires a lot of die grinder work I’ll probably get one; swapping batteries takes seconds, compressor recharge takes minutes, and cordless offers “work away from the shop” capability that high air-demand tools don’t. For some reason, though, the cordless die grinders don’t seem to go on sale by themselves very often, and often they’re not usually on the “buy this, get that free” list.. I assume that’s because they’re not highly popular “mainstream” type tools like drills, saws and impacts.

I could use a utility cart, but this doesn’t seem much less than a gorilla cart and mine would need to live outside. I’m not sure how it would hold up long term.

I have toyed with getting one of the quiet compressors for awhile now. Problem was I got a 4 gallon ridgid a few years ago that works great super cheap because the box was torn up but it was only like $40. I like it just fine but it is loud as hell, like loud enough I think twice about using it outside because I don’t want to disturb the peace, and I will never use it without ear protection which is annoying. It’s always tempting to replace it but I hate to waste a perfectly good tool and donating all that noise to some poor soul feels rude.

If I had more space I’d be tempted to grab another US General 5 drawer, but I have nowhere to put it. $199 is a good enough price for something like that these days. I don’t see why anyone would choose the craftsman from the other post for $50 more over this one.

No deals on any Hercules batteries or tools other than the impact wrench is pretty disappointing. I have a few hercules batteries I use for their fan and light, and occasionally the rotary polisher, and would have liked to grab a few extra batteries on sale. Guess I’ll have to wait until next time they go on sale. Kinda strange there are basically no fans on sale other than Ryobi.
