Home Depot Cyber Weekend 2025 Doorbuster Tool Deals Last Call

Home Depot’s doorbuster tool deals are selling out fast and some are already GONE.

Following are the latest status updates that I’m seeing for all of their limited-time and quantity 2025 Black Friday tool deals.

UPDATE: Home Depot has Cyber Monday Milwaukee Tool Deals of the Day (ending 12/1), and also new tool deals of the week featuring Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, and other tool brands (ending 12/7).

For the ones I labeled as “still available,” I’m seeing single-digit availability for online ordering with $2.99 delivery, which suggest they’d ship from a local store. Where it says “deal ended,” I’m seeing availability but not at the advertised doorbuster deal prices.

Because it seems there’s no online warehouse fulfillment for many of these deals, availability will depend on your local inventory.

Ryobi 18V Cordless Drill Kit – $34.88 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Husky 32pc Combination Wrench Set – $29.88 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Milwaukee M12 Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit with 6Ah Batteries – $149 (DEAL ENDED)
Dewalt 20V Max 4Ah Battery 2-Pack – $99 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Gorilla Ladders 18ft Multi-Position Ladder – $129 (STILL AVAILABLE)

Milwaukee M12 XC 6Ah Battery – $49 (DEAL ENDED)
Milwaukee M18 175W Top-Off Power Adapter with 3Ah Battery – $99 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Milwaukee M18 Bluetooth Jobsite Speaker Kit – $149 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Milwaukee M18 FUEL Hackzall Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit – $149 (STILL AVAILABLE)

Dewalt 10-Compartment Parts Organizer – $12.88 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Dewalt Atomic 20V Max Cordless Drill Kit – $99 (*STILL AVAILABLE)
Dewalt Atomic 20V Max Brushless Impact Driver Kit – $99 (*STILL AVAILABLE)
Dewalt 20V Max 6Ah Battery and Charger – $99 (STILL AVAILABLE)
Dewalt 20V Max Atomic Brushless Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit – $149 (*STILL AVAILABLE)

* I am inclined to presume the Dewalt Atomic cordless power tool deals are price-drops for the remainder of the holiday season, but there’s been no guidance from either Dewalt (which priced them a lot higher for the entire month so far) or Home Depot.

The $35 Ryobi drill is tempting just because the non-shiftable gearbox makes it the lightest-weight drill on the 18v platform. For a lot of tasks a mid-speed gearing, with the variable-speed trigger, is probably more than adequate.

Downside is the plastic chuck. I’ve grown REALLY fond of the metal chuck on the PSBDD02. Swapping a metal chuck onto the PCL201 would probably still be a few ounces lighter….

That brushless compact drill is probably the one I reach for 80% of the time, even over my M12 sometimes. I find it’s a good balance of size and power. It just fits nicely in my hand too and just feels good.
