Home Depot Black Friday 2025 Doorbuster Tool Deals Sneak Peek

Home Depot shared a teaser of their Black Friday 2025 Doorbuster tool deals, which will be available in-store only starting 11/28/25.

Whether these deals are worth braving the crowds is up to you. Some years Home Depot Doorbuster tool deals are also made available online if supplies are left over, but we cannot predict what will happen this year.

Home Depot also typically has online-only flash sales on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, so be sure to check those out too.

Home Depot’s doorbuster deals and final Black Friday sale items are typically a couple of limited quantity additions to their month-long deals event, with many tool deals already live and some already sold out.

Details are limited, but following is everything we know about the doorbuster deals so far.

Home Depot Black Friday 2025 Doorbuster Tool Deal Ryobi Drill Kit

This deal looks similar to Ryobi’s entry-level 18V cordless drill kit ($50), but at an even lower price. It seems you also get a bonus screwdriver bit holder.

The drill is about as basic as they come, but the $34.88 price seems fair.

Home Depot Black Friday 2025 Doorbuster Tool Deal Milwaukee M12 Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit

Here, you get a special version of the Milwaukee M12 compact brushless 2-tool combo kit. It features their compact brushless drill and impact driver tools, 2x 6Ah batteries, a charger, and tool bag.

At the time of this posting, the regular 2-tool combo kit, with 2x 2Ah batteries, is $199. Getting a $50 discount and upgrade to XC 6Ah batteries makes this a very good deal.

Alternatively, this Milwaukee M12 4-tool cordless power tool combo kit was just released for Home Depot’s Black Friday sale and seems like a great buy.

This combo gives you the same same brushless drill and brushless impact drver, 2Ah batteries, plus 2 more tools – a reciprocating saw and oscillating multi-tool. While you don’t get the 6Ah batteries featured in the doorbuster combo kit, this is a lot of value for $199.

Home Depot Black Friday 2025 Doorbuster Tool Deal Gorilla Multi-Position Ladder

This Gorilla Ladders 18ft multi-position ladder will be on sale for $129. A search for the model number brought up an online listing with some reviews.

If you need longer reach or don’t feel like having to jump into crowds of shoppers, Home Depot has the 22ft model on sale for Black Friday.

I’m keeping an eye out for deals on the DeWalt 735X planer, M18 Fuel Hackzall, a die grinder and Milwaukee Brad Nailer. Hopefully they go on special on Friday.

Snapped up the M18 tracksaw a couple weeks back when you posted it for ~$369, thanks.

Not sure if this is applicable but Amazon have very good prices on the Bosch GWG12V-20 angle die grinder bare tool and kit right now.

Thanks for the tip Matt_T – would be a great deal if I was already in the Bosch ecosystem.

Trying to stick with M12/18 or corded for now.

That same ladder was $88 2 years ago during the entire month of November. [NO POLITICS!]

I have read a lot of comments of people having problems with those Milwaukee m12 6ah batteries. Do those batteries really have problems? Or have they perhaps fixed what the issue was?

I got four of them in 2020, and each of them was warrantied/replaced. The replacements haven’t gone bad yet, and it’s been 2-3 years. They don’t get used frequently though.

I have heard the same. Then realized I have one that came with my 12v fuel vac. It has been great. I’d guess it is 3-4 years old. The vac doesn’t rattle them around the way an impact might though.

I’m watching for a deal on the M18 pole saw, string trimmer, and extension kit. Has anyone seen any price better than HD’s $429? Thanks in advance.

I swear that stuff never goes on sale. I finally broke down and bought a similar set earlier this year.

That combo kit, which just launched as a holiday season special buy at Home Depot, did not exist more than a few weeks ago. https://toolguyd.com/milwaukee-m12-cordless-tool-kit-deal-3494-24-h2025/

They updated the sneak peak to now include the infamous ryobi pcl400 that homedepot accidentally leaked a few weeks ago. It looks like it will still be 50$ with a battery.
