Home Depot published their final Black Friday 2025 sales flyer featuring all of their doorbuster tool deals.
The retailer usually starts their Black Friday doorbuster tool deals as in-store exclusives, and then they become available for online ordering if supplies haven’t sold out.
Update: Home Depot’s Thanksgiving Tool Deals of the Day are LIVE, and most of their doorbuster can now be ordered online even before stores open for Black Friday!

These 5 doorbusters are in-store-only deals that are not yet available for online ordering:
Ryobi 18V Cordless Drill Kit – $34.88
Husky 32pc Combination Wrench Set – $29.88
Milwaukee M12 Brushless 2-Tool Combo Kit with 6Ah Batteries – $149
Dewalt 20V Max 4Ah Battery 2-Pack – $99
Gorilla Ladders 18ft Multi-Position Ladder – $129
Walmart has a similar-looking 32pc wrench set at a lower price, and Amazon has a similar-looking Workpro set. Those could be potential alternatives to the Husky set if you’re not in the mood to deal with Black Friday crowds.

Milwaukee M12 XC 6Ah Battery – $49
Milwaukee M18 175W Top-Off Power Adapter with 3Ah Battery – $99
Milwaukee M18 Bluetooth Jobsite Speaker Kit – $149 – compare to tool-only
Milwaukee M18 FUEL Hackzall Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit – $149 – compare to the regular kit
I expect all of Milwaukee’s doorbuster deals to sell quickly. I’m guessing the Bluetooth speaker and battery kit will be the last to go.

Dewalt 10-Compartment Parts Organizer – $12.88 – FREE SHIPPING
Dewalt Atomic 20V Max Cordless Drill Kit – $99 – live now
Dewalt Atomic 20V Max Brushless Impact Driver Kit – $99 – live now
Dewalt 20V Max 6Ah Battery and Charger – $99 (check back)
Dewalt 20V Max Atomic Brushless Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit – $149 (best price in a long time!)

Ryobi 18V Cordless Reciprocating Saw Kit – $49.88

A reader found that Home Depot added a new Dewalt free tool deal!

This kit comes with Dewalt’s best cordless hammer drill, one of their best impact drivers, and the new 4Ah tabless cell Li-ion batteries. To put the pricing into perspective, the drill kit (with a single PowerPack 8Ah battery) retails for $349. $369 seems like a great price for the 2-tool combo kit, but it’s even better since you can choose a FREE tool with it.
Thank you to DG for the heads-up!

The Home Depot DeWalt deal at $399 with 3 tools and the 6Ah batteries and a free tool appears to be sold out now.
They have added this one with two 4Ah powerstack batteries and the very top end drill, 1007 and top end? impact and a free tool for $369.

Thanks! I’ll add it to the post.

Re: the 32-piece wrench sets from HD, Walmart and Amazon. Wrench assortments and storage/carrying case appear IDENTICAL from what I can tell. How can these *not* be manufactured in the same factory and simply branded differently for each retailer?
Stuart
They could be identical – Workpro’s parent company makes a lot of tools for other brands. Sometimes they’re unique and different, and other times the tools are the same except for the name or label.
John
The Milwaukee M12 XC 6A battery ($49) appears as “out of stock”. Hmmm. Maybe I’ll find them in-store only, as a door buster?
I’ve run into problems with this identical battery… but am willing to try my luck with a replacement at this price. (My battery may still be under warranty, but that means I need to dig through my receipts and jump through a couple hoops to get it replaced by Milwaukee, though I’ve found them to be very easy to work with if I have documentation. Or even just the manufacture date stamped on the battery may suffice. Unfortunately, I’ve had several Milwaukee duds over the past couple years, so I’m well acquainted with their warranty process.)
Dave
I’ve heard there are reasons to be wary of this particular battery, but at the price I’m still going to try to grab a couple and take my chances. Seems they’re best suited for low-power, long-runtime devices, so if nothing else they can power my radio or area lights…
Whenever I’ve needed warranty service it’s been pretty easy to visit the local Milwaukee store and they’ll take anything based on the date code with no proof of purchase – maybe not as helpful if you’re not near a major metro with a factory outlet.
Adam
They had the 6ah for $49 last BF, and for the price is a great deal. However, I would consider looking at the M12 subcompact tool kit that comes with 2x 6ah for $149. I think that is arguably the best deal in the ad, and I might have bought 5 kits tonight. 🙄
And yes it might have a higher failure rate than other batteries, but I’ve had plenty go beyond the warranty period and still kicking.
Dave
Solid point – I don’t need the extra impact/drill, but my wife likes the 12v form factor and for $50 to get her a couple tools of her own since I was going to buy the batteries anyway it’s kind of hard not to justify…
Stuart
The doorbuster deals might i) activate online in a few hours once it is officially Thanksgiving (3am ET), ii) activate online on Friday, or iii) be in-store deals on Friday before they open to online sales later that day or on Saturday.
Adam
I went into 2 stores shortly before close. One still had deals wrapped in black plastic, the other just set to purchase. All the BF pricing was live. One carboard shipper for all the Milwaukee deals.
Some of the items I’m sure will appear online for a bit, such as the 6ah battery, but the bundles made for BF are likely instore only.
Adam
Looks like the items not on the website prior, are now loaded, such as the M12 subcompact 6ah kit. Can’t order online, but shows 6 in stock for the store that has 12, & 3 for the one that has 7 after I bought 5.
I always thought it was a set #, depending on the product category, that they show a lower quantity than they (should) have, but this seems like a percentage.
Also a few tool bundles I have not recently seen on Deals of the Day.
John
Thanks! The $49 battery is now available online.
(Thursday morning).

Yeah they’re on a pallet when u walk in by the service desks. I work for met and we do all the sets…most of the out of stock online stuff will only be in stores. There’s also Milwaukee hoodies that aren’t on any flyers that got sold out in a day at stores that weren’t supposed to have them open yet for 29 bucks….all red. Midweight.
Anthony Gross
They are all duds just like the Milwaukee M18 9.0 amp hr. The new m18 5.0s are junk have 2 i got on a promo deal and they were ran off line together both died a month of use they are making stuff cheaper and are charging more. I have about 25k in Milwaukee power tools i do remodeling for a living so just the basic stuff and just disappointed in Milwaukee this year.

Was interested in Dewalt’s hammer drill DCD1007, but only promotion is the combo kit at $369 with impact driver that i don’t need. Having a free tool is nice, but this hammer drill creates BEST performance with the 8ah Powerpack battery. If I was Dewalt, I would promote a kit with this hammer drill and that 8ah PP battery. However price is $349. I can’t justify buying it when Milwaukee has their M18 hammer drill, with 2 5Ah batteries, plus their 8 Ah battery, charger and a hard carrying case for $329. I may have to go Red.
Stuart
Amazon has the drill kit for $339 – https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-Cordless-Battery-Charger-DCD1007WW1/dp/B0D8TM7XK8/?tag=toolguyd-20
Acme Tools has it for $349, and their Thanksgiving flash sale knocks ~$52 off the price, dropping the price below $300.
Matt
In my area all the local HomeDepots only show 4 or 5 of the $99 doorbuster 2x 4ah dewalt sets in stock, and none available for delivery.
However, Lowe’s is running a 2x 4ah and 2x 2ah Dewalt 20V deal for $99 and show 844 in stock for delivery, with 15 at my closest store.
I already ordered, but hope it helps someone else.
Stuart
Thank you! I’ll work on a quick post as this seems like a fantastic deal!
Here’s a link to the Lowe’s deal so no one has to search for it.
I’m seeing the same for my area – just 4 of the deal in stock at my local Home Depot store, and online ordering isn’t allowed.
