Home Depot’s Labor Day 2023 tool deals are already live online, and many of them are quite good.
As I expected, there aren’t really any doorbuster deals or impulse buys, but there are noteworthy Milwaukee cordless power tool bundles and combo deals seemingly designed to push you towards a purchase you might already be planning to make.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel deep-cutting band saw is regularly $379. Here, it’s $379 with a bonus High Output XC 6Ah battery.

Don’t need the battery? Resellers have the band saw for less on Amazon, although I recommend buying from an authorized dealer.
If you want the M18 Fuel compact cordless band saw, Home Depot has that one on sale too – it’s also bundled with a bonus 6Ah battery.

There’s also this Milwaukee 18 10-tool cordless power tool combo kit, 2695-10CX, for $749.
This is a more value-focused combo kit.

They also have this Milwaukee 7-tool M18 Fuel brushless combo kit, 3697-27, for $949.
There are a bunch of other bundle options where you can add an 8th tool at a discount, such as an M18 Fuel oscillating multi-tool or Packout-compatible cordless vacuum.

Buy the M18 Fuel SURGE cordless hydraulic impact driver, get a free 2Ah battery.

This seems like a really good deal – a 30pc Milwaukee combination wrench set for $189. The SAE set has sizes from 1/4″ to 1″, and the metric set from 8mm to 22mm.

They also have the M18 Fuel vacuum bundled with a 2-pack of HO XC 6Ah batteries for $359. The M18 Fuel 6-gallon cordless vacuum (tool-only) is $199 right now, but I feel the bundle is a much better deal.
There are more deals, some of which are good, and others that might be beat in a few weeks when the holiday season deals start rolling in.
Home Depot says their Labor Day deals end 9/4/23. Some of the deals look to be part of a separate Pro deals of the week promo, and end on 9/3.

“The Milwaukee M18 Fuel deep-cutting band saw is regularly $379. Here, it’s $379 with a bonus High Output XC 6Ah battery.”
Just to clarify, the picture you have above is actually for the saw + XC8.0 bundle, which is $498 with “free” XC 6.0. It is the band saw + XC8.0 as a bundle, and then you can add a “free” XC6.0 battery – https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-FUEL-18-Volt-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-Deep-Cut-Band-Saw-with-HIGH-OUTPUT-8-0-Ah-Battery-2729-20-48-11-1880/312758428
But as you description states, you also can get the band saw and XC6.0 for $379 as a single SKU bundle for $379 OR buy the bare band saw at $379 and get a “free” XC6.0 – https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-FUEL-18V-Lithium-Ion-Brushless-Cordless-Deep-Cut-Band-Saw-Tool-Only-2729-20/205198632
A few different options. The gen III 3/8″ compact impact wrench is also an add-on option in lieu of the XC6.0.

Sorry – you’re right! I created a new image with the 6Ah bundle but used an older one from a previous promo by mistake.
I see the same about the impact wrench – band saw plus impact for $399. That’s also a very good deal. Many of the other selections are not promo-priced.
The band saw plus 8Ah and 6Ah for $499 seems good if one wants both batteries. Navigating these deals can be tricky as there are always many different permutations, some of which are good deals and others are really not.
Big Richard
Oh I know, especially when HD doubles deals, where they are available both as a bundle SKU and as separate SKUs with one item being a “free” add on. It would almost be a full time job just navigating HD deals, let alone other vendors.

Stuart, where you say:
“They also have the same M18 Fuel vacuum bundled with a 2-pack of HO XC 6Ah batteries for $359.”
The word “same” implies you already talked about some other offer with that vacuum, but you don’t. The discussion immediately preceding it is about the wrenches. I don’t need a M18 vacuum, but someone interested in the vacuum that made Milwaukee famous may be interested in the other M18 vacuum desk you apparently left out.
Stuart
Sorry – I had the $199 deal mentioned first, but found the $359 bundle deal and switched things around.

I haven’t seen the trays for the wrenches before, but figured they were coming soon. Wonder if they fit the ratcheting style?
Stuart
Those trays are included with those wrench sets. All of Milwaukee’s 15pc set wrench sets come with similar trays that nest in such a manner. You can fit SAE and metric next to each other, or SAE + SAE and metric + metric if you have different styles, such as ratcheting and non-ratcheting combination wrenches.

Stuart –
“…but Milwaukee cordless power tool bundles and combo deals ***that*** are seemingly designed to push you towards a purchase you might already be planning to make.”
“If you want the M18 Fuel compact cordless band saw, Home Depot has that one on sale too***l*** – it’s…”
Stuart
There’s no problem I can see with the first phrasing, but “that are” do seem to be redundant.
Second – I’m not sure if that’s a typo or Freudian slip. Changed the “tool” to “too,” thank you!
TomD
The bandsaw image is stretched on mobile, but not sure if that’s something the platform lets you fix.
Stuart
Thanks! *fixed*
I’m not sure what happened there, but I’ve been seeing similar bugs after the last post editor “improvements” were added.

I bought the same wrench set several years ago so I could retire some others to a truck kit. Zero regrets, they are solid. And that seems like a good price for what you’re getting.

My company presented me the 7 tool M18 kit for my 35th anniversary. Best tools I’ve ever owned, can’t use them enough. I added the oscillating tool and hedge trimmers, not much I can’t tackle. Look to add the vacuum soon.
