Home Depot Tool Deals of the Day with Dewalt Ryobi Ridgid Milwaukee 11-12-25

Home Depot has new tool deals of the day for 11/12/25, and I think you will definitely want to check it out.

In addition to the normal mix of new and recurring promos, featuring Dewalt, Milwaukee Ridgid, and Ryobi cordless power tool kits, hand tools, accessories, and more, there are bonus discounts that make some of Home Depot’s Black Friday deals even sweeter.

One of Home Depot’s season-long deals (see 15 Home Depot Free Tool Deals are Live) gives you a free M18 cordless power tool when you buy their M18 Fuel 2-tool hammer drill and impact driver combo kit. With today’s deals of the day, they have the same promo with a couple of options preselected for you, and you save $30 compared to the Black Friday deal.

In other words, while the season-long Black Friday deal is quite good, where you buy the power tool and can select a tool for free, this deal saves you an extra $30 if you pick the M18 Fuel angle grinder, Sawzall reciprocating saw, leaf blower, or M18 Fuel impact wrench. Today only.

Here are some standouts:

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Insider Ratchet with 6pt Socket Set – $325

I know some of you have been waiting for this deal! The bundle comes with the brushless Insider ratchet, metric accessories, adapters, and a set of standard and deep 6pt impact sockets. The ratchet by itself is $299, which means you’re essentially getting the 3/8″ drive impact socket set, which is a special buy for $99 right now, for just $26 more.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 1-inch Impact Wrench with D-Handle Kit & 3x 12Ah Batteries – $1329

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with ANGLE GRINDER – $369

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with SAWZALL – $369

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with BLOWER – $369

Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with IMPACT WRENCH – $369

Ridgid 18V Cordless Track Saw Kit with Guide Rails and Clamp – $399

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Cordless Circular Saw Kit with Brushless Impact Driver – $249

Ryobi 18V High Performance Kit with Brushless Circular Saw – $219

The battery kit is $179, and so you’re not getting the circular saw for free as Home Depot says, but it still seems like a decent value.

Dewalt 168pc Mechanics Tool Set – $133

Amazon is matching Home Depot’s price on the tool set.

Ridgid 18V Brushless Compact Reciprocating Saw Kit – $129

There are lots more deals, today only – take a quick look to see if anything matches up with your shopping list.

Too bad they didn’t introduce the insider with the slimmed up handle profile of the new style ratchets. The fat handle of the old style m12 ratchets is a slight drawback, one reason I went with the Dewalt 12volt ratchets, even though I also use the m12 system. Plus – this extended reach insider would be a perfect candidate for the interchangeable trigger styles

What are your thoughts on the Fuel 1” SDS hammer drill w/Forge 8.0 ah for $319?

Let’s take a look. Here’s the deal link.

2912-20 M18 Fuel SDS Plus rotary hammer, 2912-20.

The rotary hammer is $349 by itself right now, and also eligible for a free FORGE 8Ah battery.

With this deal, you get it for $319, saving you $30 compared to the holiday season promo.

Other retailers don’t have the Forge promo; Acme Tools has the rotary hammer for $349. Ohio Power Tool does have the free Forge battery promo, also at $349.

I’d say that the bundle with a free Forge battery is a good deal, $30 off that price as part of today’s deal of the day is even better.

A lot of these deals of the deals seem designed to shove you off the fence. “Maybe I’ll buy that rotary hammer this month or next, and it looks like a good deal with the free battery, but I don’t know…” and then BAM, $30 off but only if buy today.

It’SA bit more than I typically need, the 5/8” would be just fine, but the deal here is hard to pass up!

          5/8″ is ideal for 1/4″, 5/16″, and maybe 3/8″.

1″ should be ideally suited for 3/8″ and up to 1/2″, and a maybe a little over.

1″ can handle smaller drill sizes than that, and 5/8″ can handle larger drill sizes than that, but around 1/2 the rated capacity is the typical sweet spot.

If you’re mainly drilling 1/4″, the 1″ might be heavier than ideal for the task.

(I say all this not knowing if you mainly need to drill 1/4” holes overhead or 1/2” holes at shoulder height or lower.)

If you need a SDS that one is good even with smaller 1/4″ bits.
I have drilled some deep 1 1/8″ holes with it too.

“Today Only” lol. Sure, if you exclude the other 50 days of the year that these tools are discounted.

Most of the year, the most you can hope for is the 2-tool combo kit with a free battery, and it seems they’re only discounted if there’s overstock. Bonus tool plus cash savings on top for the free tool tends to be a late-season occurrence.

There’s no way to predict which of these online only deals of the day will repeat 10 times before the end of the year, and which ones will sell out or only be offered once. Shop accordingly.

Not sure it’s worth mentioning but HD has been discounted the ubiquitous 27 gallon black/yellow totes to $6.xx from 9.xx. It’s HD brand. They are pretty thin but I guess the strength comes from they being flexible. Not sure how they are compared to other brands.

What are your thoughts on that rigid track saw? I vaguely remember you did a review of it months ago and if I recall you had some complaints? I want one but I won’t use it that often and I’m on HPT, Milwaukee but can’t justify that price for her little I’ll use it. I guess I’m on Bosch now too since you show us a free miter saw deal. Thanks for that by the way

Stuart what on your thoughts on these options?
I was planning to buy this deal because I really want the 806 drill with the rotation protection.
    https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-20V-MAX-Lithium-Ion-Cordless-3-Tool-Combo-Kit-with-2-FLEXVOLT-6-0-Ah-Batteries-and-Charger-DCK350T2/335519129
Because the flexvolt batteries are going to be too heavy for some uses I’ll need to get another bundle with smaller batteries. I’m also wondering about getting a smaller drill for tasks where lighter/smaller is good.

From today’s sale would you pick the 794 with two batteries
    https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-ATOMIC-20V-Lithium-Ion-Cordless-Compact-1-2-in-Drill-Driver-Kit-with-Premium-5Ah-Battery-2Ah-Battery-Charger-and-Bag-DCD794D1WDCB205/326887538

Or the 799 with the one battery?

Or just get one of those batteries get a free tool bundles? I don’t have a need for the hammer part of the 799, but it does have a bit more power.

The first deal has been in my queue. XR tools, FlexVolt batteries (even if 6Ah), and some really good free tool options, such as the rotary hammer. I don’t love the price, but I think it’s a good value for this season.

The second deal is okay. $99 drill kit that is $119 this season, and so you’re spending $60 to $80 for the old-tech 5Ah battery. Good deal if it’s what you need, I feel “meh” about it.

The thirds deal is okay too. A long time ago I bought a similar Dewalt promo for $99. The drill with 2Ah battery kit is $119 this season. Here, $10 more gives you hammer drill functionality and an upgrade to the 3Ah battery. Were you looking to get an Atomic series compact hammer drill? If not, I feel neutral about it. It’s an average good deal.

I like this deal better” 5Ah and PowerPack 4Ah starter kit + Atomic brushless hammer drill + 1 other free tool for $299.

It could be argued that the $399 deal you posted about gives you 2 more tools and FlexVolt batteries for $100 more. But aside from that, I like the inclusions of the $299 deal more than what I’ve seen in a lot of the other Dewalt promos.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m replacing a very old set of 18volt stuff with dead batteries. My main need is to get something like the DCD806 with the anti-rotation for a specific application where I don’t want to drop the drill when it stops due to high torque. Plus replacing an existing Impact driver and getting enough batteries.

If I could find the 806 in another kit or as a “free” tool I’d be ok, but no luck so far.

You might compare these drills in person if you haven’t already. The DCD806 is a compact drill already, it’s almost the same size as the 799, and the 794 isn’t that much smaller. I think you might be able to get away with just the 806 and some smaller batteries.

Thanks, good input. I am indeed watching for a good deal on some smaller batteries. Definitely situations where less weight is a big plus.

Lowes has a great deal of the day on the new DeWalt 20v miter saws. The 10″ DCS714 miter saw is currently on sale for $369 (down from $399) and today it is eligible for a “free” 8Ah DCB2108 PowerPack battery.

The 20v 12″ sliding DCS785 is also eligible, but it is not on sale at $699. Still a nice deal.
