Home Depot has another round of tool deals of the day today, 11/13/2021.
We’re about halfway through December, which – as usual – means slightly deeper discounts on holiday season “special buys” and bundles. But, there are some new deals added to the mix as well.
Deals end at 3am ET 12/14/2021 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Two of the biggest standouts in this promo are the Milwaukee M12 FUEL impact wrench kits. These are the popular stubby impact wrenches that are rarely simply discounted.
The two M12 Fuel stubby impact kits are currently $270 – $299 at all of the other Milwaukee dealers I checked.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel 3/8″ Stubby Impact Wrench Kit – $195
Milwaukee M12 Fuel 1/2″ Stubby Impact Wrench Kit – $195

The M12 Rocket + (2) 6Ah batteries & starter kit bundle is $179 right now. The bare tool worklight sells for $179 by itself!
A lot of readers lamented that they missed out on a similar deal earlier in the holiday shopping season. With this deal, you save a little more. (If you took advantage of the earlier deal, it wouldn’t hurt to call Home Depot and see if they’ll give you a price adjustment.)
This is a fantastic worklight, and with this deal you’re essentially buying the bare tool and getting the batteries and charger at no additional cost.

The M12 compact band saw kit looks to be a good deal.

What do you think about these deals?

I’ve been looking out for that crazy good deal on the m12 rocket light, TWO 6.0 batteries and a charger for $179 ever since the original deal sold out.
Ive had a m12 rocket light and recently bought the Dewalt 20v light tower. But even though I have both, I rarely bring the Dewalt version with me because of its size and weight. I’ll miss the Dewalt’s height of course, but I’m thinking two of the m12 lights will be an easier load, and yield better, no shadow lighting.
Once again Home Depot’s deals of the day surpass ANY website’s holiday deals. Some amazing deals on the fuel ratchet and fuel stubby impact as well.

The M12 Rocket is indeed a fantastic worklight. The way I see it, the M18 and Dewalt 20V Max models are better for outdoor use, with the M12 Rocket excelling in indoors spaces and anywhere a smaller footprint, lighter weight, and more portable size are preferred.
The $179 deal price seems low enough to firmly sway anyone that’s still on the fence about the worklight or this bundle.

My main use is outside. Two m12’s opposite one another will be better working light compared to one single light. The fact that to rotate the head on the Dewalt you have to actually pickup and move the legs is pretty silly to and a big drawback when using it on uneven ground.
Julian Tracy
You might have it backwards actually – the Dewalt is probably better inside as you can bounce it off the ceiling and produce a wide soft bright light. The Milwaukee m12 isn’t great at bounce
lighting – more of a direct lighting source.

YEAH. Me too. I was waiting.. and waiting. Finally it dropped. I had the link on my shortcuts list also. The two batteries are excellent add ons to my set. Plus the great light. THANK YOU STUART!!…

Someone at HD Canada needs to start taking notes. Our prices are generally pretty good (given the exchange rate), but we hardly EVER see a deal like some of these.
If I could get my hands on that M12 tower light deal I’d take two! It’s a great light, and with two 6Ah batteries could easily provide all-day lighting at a decent level.

Could have sworn typical bare tool pricing on that m12 light was $129. I think I got mine for that with a 4ah battery a few years ago. Am I delirious or maybe the price has just gone up.
Julian Tracy
I think it’s currently $139-140 bare tool. Last Xmas they did deals at $129 w/ 4.0… that’s when I got my first one

You are not delirious…. just a good shopper. NOTHING is wowing me to drop my coin on any bundle. Prices have gone up… even on Offer Up for deals that have “fallen of a truck”. Better to wait for January clearance when stores typical get rid of all the old merchandise that people didn’t buy in these fake Christmas deals…

Thanks for the heads up.. I ordered the M12 3″ grinder and Bandsaw. $239 seemed like a really good value and allows me to give these a shot. They have both been on my list for a while. I’m a Dewalt guy but have started to wade into the m12 waters. The M12 line has so many great smaller tools. I like the small form factor with the 2ah battery. I’m not a fan of the wider 6ah battery size or the Dewalt 12v battery width. There are so many innovative new tools on the market, it’s quite amazing. It’s more and more difficult to stick with one brand or product line. Keep up the great posts Stuart!
