New Home Depot tool deals of the day went live for today, 10/14/25, featuring Dewalt, Milwaukee, and Ryobi cordless power tool kits and bundles, with some hand tools, accessories, and other brands mixed in.
There are some new deals plus many returning bargains. It’s worth taking a quick look through the full list, mainly to see if something matches up with your shopping list, but also to get a sense of promo pricing.
These deals end at 3am ET 10/15/25, unless supplies sell out sooner.

Following are a couple of deals that caught my attention.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Cordless Hammer Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit with 2x Bonus XC 3Ah Batteries – $199
This has become a recurring deal, and remains a very good bargain. These are still the top drill and impact driver in Milwaukee’s M12 or M12 Fuel cordless power tool system.

Dewalt 20V Max Atomic Cordless Hammer Drill Kit (3Ah Battery) – $129
Finally, a decent cordless drill deal from Dewalt! This is the hammer drill, not the drill/driver, and you get a 3Ah battery rather than the now-typical 2Ah that used to be bundled with the Atomic drill kit promo.
While not the same as the $99 drill kit deals that Dewalt used to run, you do get more for the higher $129 price.

It remains to be seen what Dewalt and HD have in store for the holiday season, but at the least this isn’t a bad deal.

Dewalt 20V Max XR Cordless Sander Kit (5Ah Battery) – $179
Dewalt recently had a Prime deal where you could get the same sander with 2Ah battery and charger for $118. This deal gives you the same sander, a charger and higher capacity 5Ah battery.

Dewalt 20V Max Brushless Angle Grinder with PowerStack Battery and Charger – $199
This sets you up with a brushless angle grinder and compact PowerStack battery. While not an expected bundle, seeing as angle grinders are typically extended-use tools that burn through charge capacity, the price seems good.
The angle grinder is one of Dewalt’s older 20V Max “FlexVolt Advantage” tools that gives you a performance boost when powered with a FlexVolt battery.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel 4-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit – $399
This is a bundle with the new-looking M12 Fuel 3-tool combo kit, 2401-23, which retails for $229 right now, and the M12 Fuel right angle die grinder, 3485-20, which retails for $229.
In total, it gives you an M12 Fuel brushless screwdriver, high speed ratchet, Rover LED floodlight with USB charging, right angle die grinder, charger, and 2x compact 2Ah batteries.
$399 looks to be a great price for what you get, but the question is whether you want all of this.
The M12 Fuel high speed ratchet sells for $199 by itself, although they also have a bundle deal where you get the bare tool with 2x XC High Output 5Ah batteries and a charger for $199.

Ryobi 18V Cordless Router Kit with Bit Set – $149
This bundle gives you Ryobi’s cordless router kit ($119) plus a 24pc router bit set ($50) for $20 less than you’d typically pay if buying them separately.

Ryobi 18V Cordless Jig Saw Kit with 10pc Blade Set – $99
This bundle gives you the Ryobi cordless jig saw kit ($109) and 10pc blade set ($10), also for $20 less than you’d pay if buying them both separately. It’s $10 less than the kit by itself, making the bundle an easy decision if you were meaning to buy an inexpensive cordless jig saw for an upcoming project.
Even if you’re not looking to buy something today, I think it’s good to familiarizing yourself with the types of deals Home Depot features in their occasional flash sales. Check it out, and please chime in if you see an especially good bargain.

I might go the that m12 drill driver deal. I don’t need the tools but seems like best deal to get m12 batteries.

Exactly my plan. And then toss the extra tools in the back of the truck. 200 bucks is pretty good for batteries and a charger.

I got that DeWalt tiny drill in a super-cheap combo. I it for assembly work and hanging drywall, hinges, etc. It’s a lot gentler than the driver. Also does not grind paint on metal racks the way the metal chuck does on the bigger hammer-drill.
If only they made with with offset heads. Can’t convince myselft to get the 12v assembly drill when they can make this 20v so small.
