The Klein Tools Turkey Says… Happy Thanksgiving!
*Gobble Gobble*

While a little cheesy, definitely photoshopped, and a week early, this was too cute not to share.
Listening a little closer, I could clearly make out a few more words. The Klein Tool Turkey said: *Gobble gobble gobble* new power tool accessories *gobble gobble gobble* made in *gobble gobble* USA *gobble gobble* coming soon *gobble*.
We have been (slowly) testing out some of the Klein’s new impact-rated bits and drivers, and they’re quite good. The review’s not ready, but we figured there’s no harm in combining this news with the cute and imaginative tool turkey image.

Cool image Stuart. Yeah more and more I am beginning to like Klein for their renewed sense of producing USA made items.
Happy Thanksgiving to all though.
Dennis
Lowes got rid of their US, and German made electrician’s tools in favor of Chinese stuff they sell at the same price. The Home Depot across the street sells Klein tools made in the USA. Guess where I’m buying tools.
Stan
Yeah I read that article here those bozo’s at Lowes foolishly removed real tools from Knipex, Channellock and probably Klein Tools in favor of those PRC “tools”. I use that term very loosely though.
Can’t go wrong with USA made Klein Tools though. They might not be cheap similar to the Harbor Freight tools and those other imported brands, but they are truly built to last.
Jason
It’s sad to see Lowes abandon quality brands and stock inferior products at the same prices. The one thing was they did allow me to buy great tools at a great price. I now have a nice collection of Electrical tools to my name that would have cost me a small fortune at regular prices.
Stuart
Fortunately, Home Depot still offers a nice selection of Klein tools.
Dennis
Yeah, I took full advantage of the Lowes clearance on Knipex and ChannelLock. Who knows when you’ll see prices on that stuff that low again.

Good to know!

That would make a great poster for the garage.

It is a nice pic. Being Photoshopped is OK if it’s not supposed to represent reality anyway. I like Klein tools, I’ve given several of their 10-in-1 screwdrivers away as gifts, always well received.
Speaking of US made tools, Stuart, have you seen this from Xuron? http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/xuron-precision-scissor-is-designed-for-cutting-photo-etched-parts-1845902.htm
Stuart
Photoshopped is okay, but if it were made from real tools, that would be even better.
I didn’t see that Xuron PR, but that could be because it’s not really a new product. While I haven’t used that version, I have used the similar Kevlar-cutting ones, and they’re superb.

Cute tool-turkey, or harbinger of the robot-instigated apocalypse? Seriously, imagine what damage this thing could do if it could fly around with those recip saw blades…Happy Thanksgiving!
