We’re hoping that you guys could help us out – we’re looking for a USA distributor for Gray Tools. We know that you can find local USA dealers via the Gray Tools website, but we specifically want to source an online dealer.
We had already tried asking Gray Tools about this via email, and about the availability of a particular 3rd party tool that Gray Tools carries. Following was their response:
we do have distributors in us. that can be found on our website. you would
have to contqct them for ordering. any problems please let me know [sic]Advertisement
And our response: “I was specifically asking about whether there were any online dealers, and if they carried [specific secret product number]. If this information is not readily available, I will give a few dealers a call.” And their response to that:
i have no way of knowing which items our distributors carry
sorry [sic]
Any tips or suggestions as to how or where we could find Gray Tools available for purchase online in the USA would be welcome.
