Lowes’ Black Friday 2019 sales flyer is out, and as in the past I filtered out everything but the tool deals for easier discussion and reference.
As has been the case in previous years, Lowes Black Friday deals will go live on Thanksgiving. You might even be able to catch them earlier – some deals have gone live Wednesday night in the past. There are some doorbusters, which will be Friday-only deals.

See Lowes Online Tool Deals Here
Unless noted otherwise as doorbusters, the deals are valid 11/18/19 thru 12/4/2019. Doorbusters will only be live Friday, 11/29/2019. Supplies are limited.
A lot of the “special buy” and “new lower price” tool deals are already live online.

Buy a Kobalt 24V Max 6-tool cordless combo, get a FREE 7-1/4″ miter saw: $399
Kobalt 24V Max 1/2″ brushless impact wrench kit: $139
Craftsman Pro-10 25′ tape measure: $5
I reviewed that Craftsman drill last year, here. Last year’s holiday season price was $69, which is reasonable. If you miss out on the doorbuster, you should be able to snag it for the same $69 this year.
The Kobalt 24V Max cordless power tool combo kit also looks like a good deal. Buy the 6-tool combo kit, get a free cordless miter saw. For weekend warriors, you’re probably not going to find any other brushless 1/2″ impact wrench kit for under $139.
- Shop Vac 12 gallon wet/dry vacuum: $40
- Kobalt 10″ sliding miter saw: $199
- Dewalt 110pc ToughGrip screwdriver bit set: $20

- Kobalt 10″ jobsite table saw with rolling stand: $199
- Dewalt 20V Max 5-tool cordless power tool combo kit: $249
Buy a Dewalt 20V Max cordless power tool starter kit or combo kit, pick a bare tool, battery option, or accessory for free. These tools are always nice since they give you some flexibility in what you get compared to kits with fixed contents.
It’s a pleasant surprise that you can choose Dewalt’s brushless sander as one of the free bonus tools. Personally, I’d go for the Dewalt brushless drill and impact driver kit and the sander as the free bonus. That 20V Max combo is DCK283D2, a regular SKU that features Dewalt’s pro compact brushless drill and impact driver.
Dewalt 20V Max starter kit: $199
Dewalt 20V Max brushless drill and impact driver combo kit: $249
Dewalt 20V Max 4-tool cordless power tool combo kit: $299

Bosch 18V drill and “FREAK” impact tool kit: $229
Bosch 18V 4-tool cordless power tool combo kit: $299
Lastly, you could go get a similar deal with Craftsman. Buy a Craftsman V20 4-tool cordless combo kit, choose a free tool, battery, or accessory as your bonus.
Craftsman 20V Max 4-tool cordless power tool combo kit: $199
Dewalt 52pc screwdriver bit set: $13

Dewalt 20V Max 10-tool cordless power tool combo kit: $529
Dewalt 12″ compound miter saw: $199
There are a couple of noteworthy Dewalt deals. The standouts, in my opinion, are the (2) 2.0Ah batteries for $79, and especially the 20V Max brushless oscillating multi-tool kit for $99.
We posted about a similar Dewalt 12″ miter saw $199 deal recently. Some people prefer to buy these types of tools in person, although Dewalt’s benchtop tools are always well packaged for shipping.
There are a couple of Kobalt special buys, and some of them are new for this year.

Bosch 1HP Colt variable speed router: $79
Bosch SDS-Plus Bulldog rotary hammer with bonus angle grinder kit: $199
Bosch 10″ table saw with rolling stand: $449
These Bosch deals are holiday season staples, and for good reason – they’re solid tools at great pricing. Amazon is currently offering the same deal on the Bosch table saw.
Craftsman 47pc screwdriver bit set: $8
Craftsman 14pc gold oxide drill bit set: $8

Craftsman 10″ portable table saw with stand: $159
Craftsman 10″ sliding miter saw: $189
There are plenty of Craftsman “special buys,” including a table saw for $159. It would be remiss not to remind you that Lowe’s previous Porter Cable special buy has been recalled.
Spyder 6pc spade bit set: $6
Kobalt 16oz smooth-face hammer: $7
Skil 21pc gold oxide twist drill bit set: $8
Dewalt or Irwin circular saw blades: $4 each

Kobalt 2pc self-adjusting auto lock pliers: $18
Irwin 4-pack of 6″ bar clamps: $20
Kobalt 3pc locking pliers set: $13
None of these “gift ideas” seem especially noteworthy, except for the Craftsman Pocket Tape measure. It’s inexpensive and handy enough that you should almost definitely pick one up the next time you visit a Lowe’s store.
Do any of these “tool gift ideas under $50” strike your fancy?

What about these “tool gifts under $100?” If I were starting out and building my tool collection, I’d look closely at the Bosch or Dewalt reciprocating saws and Metabo HPT miter saw. Maybe the Worx Pegasus folding worktable as well.*

None of these deals look to be any different from their regular holiday season prices, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t pay attention to them. I bough the screwdriver and pocket screwdriver to try out, and the 4-pack of tape measures for $10 is always sweet.
Lastly, there are some more holiday season items on this page, and a couple of more doorbusters.
Dewalt 20V Max compact 3.0Ah battery 2-pack: $99
Dewalt 20V Max brushless drill/driver kit: $99
Craftsman 20V Max drill and impact driver combo kit: $99

Werner 5ft RealTree camo fibergalss step ladder: $30
Doorbusters:
Bosch 40ft self-leveling cross-liner green laser level: $79
4pc steel bar clamps: $20
A Bosch 40ft self-leveling cross-line green laser level for $79? That will likely be popular. Personally I like red lasers since they glare less in smaller indoors spaces. But in larger rooms or certain settings, users will appreciate the stronger brightness of green lasers.
You might have trouble finding them in-store, but Werner camo-themed fiberglass step ladder is… interesting. It’s perfect for… something?

SBD must really be pushing the marketing dollars at Craftsman.
Aaron
Is that the Craftsman versa stack socket set for$100? That’s starting to look not bad…
Tim E.
I was going to say the same thing, if that is indeed the versastack socket set…
Stuart
Looks like it to me!
One moment…

Yes, it is! Model numbers matched up.
My local store had the gall to put up “was $249” signage next to a stack of them.
PETE
SOB i just bought it for $150! lol oh well, i’m actually happy with it at $150
Stuart
Keep your receipt!
$50 is a big difference. I’d be likely to do a “return/rebuy” to get the lower pricing.
Christopher
I was definitely looking at it in store the other day. I think I’ll pick up when $99 goes live.
Steve
Ooooo! $5 Dewalt Tough Cases with the easy out bit holders! I’m going to pick up a couple of those.
Robert
My $15 step ladder has been sitting outside the trampoline all year… Haha.
Also, don’t forget to use your Lowe’s $20 off $100 or 10% discount coupons as well…
Kyle
Nothing particularly thrilling in here to me. Or maybe that means I’ve been stocking up over the last few Black Fridays and throughout the year enough to not bite on some of this. Price wise for some of this stuff seems to be reasonably in line with other sales throughout the year, I guess more so for Dewalt stuff specifically. Multi tool is a decent price though. If I needed a big 12” miter saw I might be interested with the stand bonus.
Werner work platform I may actually pick up. I usually pick up one of the 5-tier shelves too. Would get the Bosch colt at that price if I didn’t already have the earlier version with the annoying depth adjustment mechanism.
Thanks for the rundown on the flyer, looking forward to seeing what Home Depot comes up with. Lowe’s as of late has been not too thrilling to me, even less so since they killed the online coupons.
Robert
A noteworthy mention, at least for me, is that the 22′ Little giant ladder will probably be $139 (normally $229, right now it’s $159). If you’ve ever used knock off multi function ladders, you will be amazed at the smoothness of the locks and never have to hunt for a block to stick under one leg when you are on uneven terrain.
Mine was “borrowed” indefinitely so it’s time to get another one!
Albert
I’m expecting less this year because of the trade war, but Lowes did a good job. I like the Bosch laminate trimmer, Lenox hole saws and the Leatherman-like tool. I didn’t see any Leathermans in Home Depot’s holiday section yet.
GML
The Worx Pegasus table is excellent but I’m not sure how good of a deal it is at $99. I picked mine up on ebay (directly from Worx) for $66 last November.
Vards Uzvards
On Amazon it’s $99 almost all the time, or at least as often as I check.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01HREBZ3M/
Stuart
Hmm, price trackers show it hovers around $100 often.
Maybe it’s regularly higher at Lowe’s, that happens sometimes.
Thanks, I’ll add a note!
Jaycob P.
At least locally most of the “Special Value” items were out already yesterday at the prices listed in the ad.
On another note does anyone know anything about Spyder bits and blades? I’d never heard of them before seeing them yesterday and they are priced about the same as Lennox, Milwaukee, etc.
Rock
I’ve been using the Spyder hole saws for a while now. The TCT saws are the fastest thing I’ve ever used through studs, and the arbor is super simply to use and pull out the core – so no screwdriver prying needed. Even used it on concrete block and it flies through that without dulling the blade; and I’ve used carbide grit in the past, and the Spyder blade took about 1/50th the time (and pain) of carbide grit on concrete block.
Got some of the spade bits and they really pull through the wood – waaay easier than my old Irwin set. Just did overhead drilling that was on a ladder where I was really leaning and off balance, and the Spyder bits flew through the cuts where my old bits would have been tough to push through the wood, especially with the awkward way I had my body positioned. Looks like the spade bits with the threaded tips are just available in sets.
Nathan
The craftsman branded usb rechargeable headlamp is attractive. for the price. I mean not perfect but I will have to test one.
The Kobalt router table might fit the bill too. Or the bosch one. might get the bosch one since i have a router – if it will fit. hard to say. Kobalt one is attractive for a starter kit.
Dan
You missed the Metabo HPT 50’ poly air hose for $9.98, one day only. That’s a steal.
Eric
I’m a Milwaukee man but I really like that deal that dewalt deal where u have more of a option than your base automatically having a impact/drill where if I wish that Home Depot would run the same with Milwaukee where I could buy a couple of 5.0s with a free tool so I don’t have to rebuy a impact and drill
Gordon
I’m not seeing that Craftsman gyroscopic screwdriver anywhere. They said q4 2019, and I can’t think of a reason to not have it out right now. Shame, it was going to be my Christmas present for everyone this year.
Matt
As a side note and probably not surprising to most but maybe worth mentioning is the noticeable lack of Porter Cable items. Although still stocked, not a one PC item on this list(unless I missed it).
ktash
Anyone know where to find the coupons Robert refers to? $20/100 or 10%
Matt
Ebay

The LED Worklight at $80 looks like a very good value, I think I’ll likely pick one up. The Freak at $79 also looks pretty good. I’d grab one because I think the concept is totally cool, but I don’t need one. Back in the day when I worked for a RTA assembly service, I would have been all over that tool.
Muchos gracias for running these puppies down for us, especially those of us who rarely get the flyers.
