Over at Lowe’s, they seem have quite a few clearance deals on select Bosch and Dewalt impact-rated screwdriver bits and assortments.
There’s a catch, though.
Some of these deals are available for ship-to-store, just one is available for shop-to-home, some are available for in-store pickup, and most are only eligible for truck/freight delivery (which usually means they’re coming from a regional store.

I typically don’t like posting about clearance or clearance-like deals because of the “YMMV” (your miles might vary) factor, but this seemed like it could help a lot of people.
Lowe’s has recently introduced a new line of Wiha Terminator screwdriver bits, and new Bosch Driven screwdriver bits, and so it’s logical that they might be refreshing and updating their competitive offerings a little bit.
These seem like very good deals if you can take advantage of them.
This Bosch 24pc screwdriver bit set, SDMS24, is a good buy at its seasonal price of $10. At $4, buy one if only for the case and impact-rated bit holder.

I say if you can get it because $70 freight shipping appears to be the only option for me. Bummer.

Were you guys able to get in on any of these seemingly clearance-priced accessory deals?

None in my area and $65.00 shipping. Kinda kills some of these “killer deals” 🙇🏽♂️

Same here, almost everything is delivery only. Oh well.
Stuart
That was my hesitation, but there have got to be some readers ordering freight shipments they could tack some of these deals onto, and perhaps the sets are in stock at stores but just not near me?
I don’t like sharing clearance deals or similar, but this one seemed different enough I couldn’t completely avoid it.

Lowes seems to list some of their deals before the stock is sent to local stores. If you really want to snag some, you will have to keep watching to see if they end up in stock.
Steve
I saw one with $99 Truck Delivery the other day.

Amazon had that Bosch 24 piece set at $3.99 for a bit; I grabbed four of em.
Not much else in stock at my lowe’s, but some great deals if available. The bosch cases are very nice.

I found a few items that were available locally to me. Much appreciated.

Hey, I can’t seem to leave a comment on the Metabo post- It’s showing Error 404. Any ideas?
Stuart
The spam filter is angry with you. Usually when that happens, go back, copy your comment, leave a “placeholder” comment, and email me (https://toolguyd.com/contact-us/) your comment.
This is a rare issue when a certain word combination and/or circumstance triggers the spam filter. Chopping a comment into different pieces and segments can work via trial and error, but I’ve found it to be easier to recommend copy/pasting the comment via email.
I can’t even leave a comment and change my name and email to yours in the back-end – the simplest and most effective remedy is for me to edit the comment into a black comment via the backend.
The “placeholder” comment is so that I know *exactly* where you want the comment to be, and it has your name and email already attached to it with only the body of the comment needing to be edited by me.
Short answer: long-term spam filter AI bug with no resolution in sight.
Leo B.
Ok, thanks! I’ll email over the comment now.

Maybe there’s some new kits coming out. I’m looking for a Dewalt or Craftsman clearance set with the 7 across long bit holder, I need one more of those.

I’ve found the toughcase mediums to be the sweet spot for me for size and price on Amazon. It’s just a shame they don’t come with inserts, which is why I’m all about cheap small cases and super annoyed I live nowhere near a Lowe’s.

While I didn’t find the Dewalt or Bosch bits, I did find a craftsman set for $6 a few days ago. It wasn’t marked as clearance in the store, just online, and wasn’t available for pickup, but there were a few on an end cap. I actually bought 3. One for me, one for my dad (father’s day) and one for my brother’s birthday.

Will Lowes price match their online price? My Lowe’s has 1 of each of the dewalt sets but they are insisting they are 24.99 and won’t honor the online price and the website doesn’t show any in stock. Is there a policy that explains it better?
