Makita Rule the Outdoors Promo

Now thru 12/31/20, you can save 10% off your Makita outdoor cordless power tool purchase over at Acme Tools, with our exclusive TOOLGUYD coupon code.

This promo works on Makita’s cordless outdoor power tools, and also on their gas engine tools, at least all of the tools I tested the coupon code on.

Check out the link below, and enter coupon TOOLGUYD at checkout to see your savings.

AND, here’s the best part – this promo works on everything that I tested it on. There’s a Makita $25 off $100+ coupon code offer going on right now (WINTER25). Do you think that it works on any of the Makita 18V X2 cordless power tools that come with FREE bonus batteries? Nope. But our code DOES work on those models.

Does the coupon work on Makita’s string trimmers? Yes!

Makita 18V X2 Brushless Blower Kit

What about their powerful cordless blowers? Yes!

Makita XML03 Cordless Mower

Even lawn mowers? Chainsaws? Hedge trimmers? Yes, yes, yes!

What about Makita’s modular-shaft tool? Yes, you can save on all that too!

Here are some things to keep in mind:

There’s a $150 max limit on how much you can save, meaning you get maximum savings on orders up to $1500. The deal seems to work on both Makita 18V and 18V X2 outdoors cordless power tools, and gas engine tools as well. So far, there are no exceptions that we’ve been told about.

Promo-priced bundles, such as Makita’s 18V X2 cordless blower kit with double port charger and (4) 5.0Ah batteries are eligible for the discount, with no exclusions that I can see.

Makita’s bristle brush attachment and paddle sweeper attachment, which some use for light snow removal, are also eligible for 10% savings. They’re both eligible for the $25 off $100+ promo as well, but our code works out better and drops the prices even lower.

Toolnut (maybe others too) are selling the Makita 36V (18V x2) circiular saw for $249 – and throw in 4 batteries (2 extra) and a n extra Milwaukee blade – when you add the promo to your cart

In Sep/Oct I saw the Makita XBU03z and XRU12z in a kit with a charger and 4ah battery on Amazon and other sites. My attention was drawn as I had just bought the XCU03z for $129 @ Home Depot and thought, damn the kit at $179 was a better deal. I almost bought it and returned the HD purchase but decided against it.

Anyway, I am surprised NOT to see that deal again on any of the places I purchase tools (HD, Amazon and Acme). Its listed for $249 now on Amazon and is not included in the spend $100 and get $25 promo, or any other that I could see. a quick check and it’s priced even higher at HD.

I did find it on a site I am not familiar with- keep in mind I know nothing about and am not advocating for this retailer.

That website smells like a scam.

URL was first created less than 6 months ago.
There is an address but a Google search suggests it is a “virtual office.”
A search of the business name revealed another similar online storefront, also created 6 months ago.
      No social media profiles.

If it looks too good to be true, it often is. This doesn’t look like a legitimate business to me.
