Kiley Granberg Gold Nut & Bolt Wedding Bands

This awesome mating nut and bolt wedding band set by Kiley Granberg is perfect for hardcore DIYer couples that want to show the world what they’re about. Even if not worn in public, this set would still be a heck of a display piece.

Taking a look at Kiley’s portfolio I spotted another neat DIY-themed ring, the Ring of Power, which is crafted from copper and tiger’s eye. As with the nut and bolt wedding bands, this ring is rather self-explanatory.

Kiley Granberg Ring of Power

Kiley is an art jeweler and artist interested in nature-inspired works, and she seems to have a knack for industrial themed work as well. It will be interesting to see what she comes up with next; perhaps a future project will incorporate both natural and industrial elements.

seems like the threaded ‘bolt’ should be on the men’s ring, while the ‘nut’ should be on the women’s ring.

    Pretty rad.

There’s always the hex ‘nut’ men’s ring here: http://www.arielgordonjewelry.com/hex-ring.html

I also thought about how the “male” ring was the one with the zirconia stone, but in the end, it looks like the choice works well with the styling.

Well, the internet’s a big place, and after enough browsing, sometimes cool things just fall onto my screen.

Looks like the marriage would be screwed from the start.

    LOL good one

I was thinking in order to be able to screw them together, your wrist would have to be pretty flexible. I guess it depends on how many threads there are.

This proves that guy’s give up one of their nuts when they get married.

Kelly, your best bet would be to go to the artists’ website, grab her email address, and send her a note expressing your interest in these rings. If she doesn’t have a set of rings available, she might be willing to craft a new set for you.
