This is the best time of year to buy into Milwaukee’s cordless power tool systems, as there are so many tool kit and combo deals and special buys.
The downside is that there are so very many different Milwaukee cordless power tool deals for Black Friday 2023 that it can be hard to sort everything out.
Here, we’ll go over the better Milwaukee M12 and M18 cordless power tool combo kits that are on sale at Home Depot and other retailers right now. These are the best combo deals I could find.

Milwaukee M12 Drill & Impact Driver Combo Kit

Sometimes all you want is a compact cordless drill and impact driver combo kit at a good price.
This one is an “oldie but goodie” for users with minimal needs and a strict budget.
Milwaukee M12 5-Tool Cordless Combo Kit

This Milwaukee M12 5-tool combo kit is a popular way to get a larger cordless tool kit at an affordable price.
It comes with a cordless drill, impact driver, ratchet, one-handed Hackzall reciprocating saw, flashlight, 2 batteries, charger, and kit bag.
A lot of people will say “just go with M12 Fuel,” which is another good choice, but this kit offers more bang for the buck for users who don’t need a ton of power or premium features.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel 2pc Combo Kit + 1 FREE Battery

This kit gives you Milwaukee’s flagship compact brushless hammer drill and impact driver, a compact battery, a high capacity battery, and a free bonus High Output compact battery.
It’s a great buy by itself, but it also gives you a great foundation for building a larger M12 cordless tool kit.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel High Speed Ratchet & Impact Driver Combo Kit + FREE Battery

This automotive-focused 2-tool kit comes with Milwaukee’s M12 Fuel brushless 3/8″ high speed ratchet, the latest M12 Fuel impact driver, 2x compact batteries, a charger, and a tool bag.
You also get a FREE bonus – an M12 High Output 2.5Ah battery.
Milwaukee M18 Brushless Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit

This 2-tool gives you Milwaukee’s latest M18 compact brushless drill and impact driver, 2x compact batteries, a charger, and a tool bag.
It’s a great duo at a great price.
Want another charger? The drill kit is $99 at Home Depot, and the impact driver kit is $99 at Home Depot. Buying both gives you everything that you see here, plus another charger and second tool bag for just $9 more.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Cordless Combo Kit + 1 FREE Tool

Buy Milwaukee’s flagship M18 Fuel cordless hammer drill and impact driver kit, and you get to pick one free bonus tool.
This is a great way to build your own 3-tool brushless combo kit.
Milwaukee 5-Tool Cordless Combo Kit

This combo kit is a bit different. It gives you a cordless hammer drill, impact driver, reciprocating saw, angle grinder, impact wrench, 2x XC 3Ah batteries, charger, and kit bag. You get 2x 3Ah batteries instead of a compact and XC battery as in the other kits.
These are all brushed motor tools, with the focus on value for the money.
Milwaukee 7-Tool Cordless Combo Kit

The Milwaukee M18 7-tool cordless power tool combo kit comes with a cordless drill, impact driver, circular saw, angle grinder, Hackzall one-handed compact reciprocating saw, oscillating multi-tool, flashlight, 2x XC 3Ah batteries, charger, and kit bag.
These larger kits tend to be good starter kits, delivering a lot of functionality at far lower prices than you would spend for M18 Fuel brushless equivalents.
Keep in mind these are brushed motor tools with “bang for the buck” in mind, rather than cutting edge performance.
Milwaukee M18 FUEL 4-Tool Cordless Combo Kit + 2 FREE Tools

One of Home Depot’s most popular Milwaukee M18 cordless power tool deals for Black Friday this year is centered around this M18 Fuel 4-tool combo.
Buy the 4-tool combo kit, and choose 2 FREE bonus tools.
With this deal, you’re essentially getting a 6-tool M18 Fuel cordless combo kit for $599.
This configuration gives you the latest M18 Fuel hammer drill, the latest M18 Fuel impact driver, M18 Fuel oscillating multi-tool, flashlight, High Output batteries in two sizes, a charger, tool bag, and your choice of FREE tools.
There are plenty of other brushless tools you could choose from – I’d go for the router and maybe the leaf blower as my two choices.
Milwaukee M18 9-Tool Cordless Combo Kit

Or, $599 could also get you this Milwaukee M18 9-tool cordless power tool combo kit.
This kit comes with a cordless hammer drill, impact driver, impact wrench, Hackzall reciprocating saw, angle grinder, circular saw, oscillating multi-tool, jobsite blower 3x XC 3Ah batteries, charger, and kit bag.
It’s a capable kit to start out with.
Milwaukee M18 10-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit

Step up to a 10-tool combo kit, and you get a cordless drill, impact driver, impact wrench, oscillating multi-tool, blower, circular saw, angle grinder, right angle drill, 2 batteries (1x compact 1.5Ah, 1x XC 3Ah), charger, and 2 tool bags.
Compared to the 9-tool combo kit, you lose a battery, one of the remaining batteries is swapped for a compact and lower capacity battery, and you gain a right angle drill/driver.
If you really need that right angle drill, this kit could be worth the extra $50.
Milwaukee M18 Fuel 7-Tool Cordless Power Tool Combo Kit

This M18 Fuel 7pc cordless power tool combo kit is Milwaukee’s premium starter kit.
I see this as the best core tool starter kit that Milwaukee offers, and it features all M18 Fuel brushless tools (except for the flashlight).
It gives you a heavy duty hammer drill, impact driver, 1/2″ mid-torque impact wrench, circular saw, Sawzall reciprocating saw, paddle switch angle grinder, LED work light, 2x 5Ah batteries, charger, and 2 tool bags.
If you don’t need all of this, one of the other M18 Fuel kit special buys might serve you better.
If You Need More M18 Batteries

There are a ton of M18 battery deals right now as well.
These batteries won’t provide you with copious amounts of runtime, but you’ll have to spend a lot more than $100 to get anything better. They should be a good fit for all of the tools discussed here.
Here are a few more battery deals:
M18 High Output 6Ah + 3Ah Batteries – $169 at Home Depot
M18 High Output 8Ah Battery 2-Pack – $279 at Home Depot

The last M18, all Fuel deal would be the best deal – if it came with the XC6ah batteries. (my sawzall dines on XC5 ah batteries)
Seriously though, for those on the fence, this is THE deal for all M18 Fuel stuff, including the newer mid torque impact wrench.
Just get the 6ah batteries when they are on sale.
Unfortunately, or happily, I already have the circ saw, sawzall, and grinder. (and a M12 stubby)

I absolutely love milwaukee fuel tools and ive been using them for years. I have my own set of drill/driver/instalation driver at work (RV manufacturing) and I have a large compliment of their tools in my own garage. I’ve been wanting to get an oscillating multi-tool for a very long time but I am having a hard time buying the one milwaukee makes, all of the tools I’ve used or own are awesome but this is where milwaukee has really fallen short. The multi-tool is not very ergonomic and has an on/off switch on top, I prefer to use the Dewalt multi tool at work because they have a trigger on theirs and it’s ridiculously ergonomic in your hand, so I’m holding out on buying one until milwaukee comes out with a better multi-tool.
