Milwaukee Tool Promo Tool Nut July 2019

Tool Nut has an interesting Milwaukee Tool promo going on right now.

Update: This Deal has expired, but there are still a couple of ongoing Milwaukee Tools at the same retailer (link below). The following deal description is for future reference.

Buy an M12 or M18 tool over $100 and an eligible accessory, and a $25 discount is applied to your cart.

*Some* of the eligible accessory SKUs have minimum order requirements, such as 25 hole saw cups or 100 reciprocating saw blades. But, there are plenty of “singles” that are eligible too, such as this 5-pack of Hackzall blades, or this 1-1/4″ Hole Dozer hole saw.

If all you want is to maximize the discount on an eligible power tool, choose the Hackzall blades, a single-pack Hole Dozer, or a pair of deep well sockets. Or, a circular saw blade, if you could use it.

This deal takes a little more effort, but the deal might be worth it if you can pair the tool you want with some accessories you could use anyway.

For instance, if you get the M18 cordless heat gun and pack of compact reciprocating saw blades for ~$6, that’s still a net discount of ~$19 on that tool.

Eligible Tools(Deal Info via Tool Nut) – EXPIRED
Current Deals(via Tool Nut)

Deal ends 7/11/2019.

They say some exclusions apply, but I can’t seem to find any.

Why do you send this ad to me the day after it expired, can’t take advantage of those sales.

I’m sorry that you’re disappointed, but the email went out yesterday morning, with plenty of time to take advantage of the deal. One-day or limited time deals that are posted about after the email cut-off are now pushed into a new email, but this post was published before that cut-off.

If you saw this post via your news feed, Google sometimes gets their days/dates wrong with mobile pushes, and there’s nothing we can do about that but ensure that the title has the correct end date.

Really? I’m sorry, and to Stephen too. I’ll need to look into this. The post was up at 7am 7/11, and the emails go out at 11am. The deal should have continued to be valid all day yesterday.

Through which service or social media platform? I checked our email list, and none of your email addresses are subscribed.

If you didn’t see this until the 12th via social media or Google, that’s not something we can control or remedy in the future. 3rd party services will sometimes schedule/reschedule/push notifications on time-delays. I sometimes see others’ posts several days or even a week after limited-time promos expire.

Everyone should just sign up for the tool nut newsletter so these limited time deals don’t slip by.

I pre-ordered the m18 framing nailer. I’m hoping if a better promotion comes up before it ships that I won’t have any trouble adjusting the order.

What day did you receive it? Via email?

Today’s post was published after the cut-off, and so no email went out at all on 7/12. My copy of the 7/11 email shows the promo. Was it not working for you then?

I need more details (if you’re willing) to look into this and figure out what happened.

As mentioned, if subscribe to the newsletter you won’t have this problem with future deal posts. It sucks missing out on a deal, but unfortunately we have zero control over how and when social media channels and Google display the posts. I put “ends 7/11/19” in the title in hopes search and social algorithms pick up on the time-sensitive nature, but they do whatever they want regardless.
