Milwaukee M12 Surge and Installation Driver Promo Bundle

I checked Home Depot’s PRO Tool Deals of the Week page today, and was surprised to see a couple of unusual Milwaukee cordless power tool combo deals.

Well, they’re not really unusual, but perhaps unexpected. I don’t recall seeing these bundles before, but most look to be nicely priced.

There are of course more deals than the 3 I’ll be briefly discussing here, but these are the ones that stood out best to me.

To start off, there’s a bundle with the M12 Fuel SURGE hydraulic impact driver and modular head M12 Fuel installation drill/driver, for $309.

The M12 Surge kit is typically $179 right now, and the M12 installation drill/driver is $179 for the bare tool or $229 for the kit. You can usually get a free bonus tool with the kit purchase, but let’s ignore that for now. $179 + $179 = $358. So, with this $309 bundle you save $49.

Milwaukee M12 Fuel Vacuum and Installation Driver Promo Bundle

The next bundle that caught my attention was this Milwaukee M12 Fuel wet/dry vacuum and M12 Fuel installation drill/driver bundle. It’s the same bare tool multi-head drill as the other bundle deal, but with the newish M12 Fuel cordless vacuum instead of the M12 Surge driver.

The vacuum regularly sells for $129 by itself, and as mentioned the M12 Installation tool is $179. The bundle is priced at $259, saving you $49 when you consider both bare tools would retail for $308 combined.

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Grinder and Impact Wrenches Promo Bundle

This Milwaukee M18 Fuel brushless grinder and impact wrench bundle also caught my attention. Here, you get the M18 Fuel 4-1/2″ / 5″ angle grinder (paddle switch) and compact 3/8″ impact wrench kit (2991-22), plus an M18 Fuel high torque 1/2″ impact wrench (2767-20).

The combo kit typically retails for $449, and the impact wrench for $249 and up, giving this bundle an approximate retail value of $698 if you purchase the combo kit and bare tool impact separately.

Home Depot’s promo bundle is priced at $589, which looks to save you $109.

These all seem to be decent deals, with part of the reason being that they’re not often discounted. The holiday season will surely bring us even more Milwaukee cordless power tool deals, but there can be a risk in waiting.

I won’t tell you what to do, but I can tell you what I would do. Home Depot tends to have a decent price adjustment and return policy. If these promos offered exactly what I was looking for, I wouldn’t hesitate too much, but I would also keep an eye open for better deals, just in case.

What I have learned over the years, especially from readers who miss a deal and ask me to keep an eye out for repeated offerings, is that there are no guarantees. The grinder and impact wrench combo bundle, for instance, might be repeated in holiday season promos, potentially with an even better price or added bonus tool inclusions, or this could be the one and only time we see this particular promo at such pricing.

If you miss a deal, there’s no time machine to reverse things. If you regret taking advantage of a deal, you can usually return new merchandise to Home Depot stores with a receipt within 30-90 days. (Always double check their return policy before making big purchases.)

I mention all this because these are new promo bundles, but there’s no way to tell if we’ll see them again.

There are ratcheting wrench and pick set bundles included in this week’s Pro special buys, but Home Depot offered better pricing on these sets earlier this month.

All of these Pro Special Buy Deals of the Week are said to expire at 3am ET 10/18/21 unless supplies sell out sooner.

Ohio Power Tool is running a Milwaukee Tools Flash Sale:

This promo ends at 5pm EST 10/15/2021 (Friday) unless supplies run out sooner.

I had not posted about this offer previously (it started yesterday), as I understand the promo has limited quantities available. But, since we’re talking about Milwaukee Tool deals, and promo is still ongoing, I figured it’s something you should know about.

If I really needed it, the vacuum and modular drill bundle would be what I would go for!

Home Depot is having shipping issues and has switched to NSD by me. It’s AWFUL. I haven’t gotten anything I’ve ordered remotely on time. Last time they told me FedEx is on strike.

I have had an issue with HD in the past on price matching online , if it goes out of stock on that sale price they won’t match it, but if it re appears in stock they will( what they basically told me).
Last year I almost bought the installation driver through an Ohio power tool sale, was around or just after Thanksgiving or so (I remember starting the x Mas lights lol). Was like around 150s or something. Forgetting my pin code on the back card gave me enough time to say I don’t really need this lol. But I would like to have a easy to use and move quick shop vac for “construction” dust.
