Home Depot has launched new Milwaukee hand tool deals for Black Friday 2023.
Most of these deals are similar to last year’s, but with 2 new products eligible for an added “buy more save more” discount.
Each of the hand tools shown below are on sale for $19.97. At the time of this posting, Home Depot is offering FREE shipping for all of them, with no minimum purchase required.

Buy 3 or more items, and you save an additional $10 at checkout. Buy 5 or more, and you save $30.

Milwaukee Compact Magnetic Tape Measure 2-Pack
These compact 25′ tape measures feature up to 15′ of reach and have anti-tear reinforcement on the first 6″ of tape.
If you’re looking for Milwaukee’s most durable tape measures with the longest standout or reach, you’ll want something else, such as the much pricier Stud. Personally, I prefer more compact tapes, with these being *just right*.

Milwaukee FastBack Utility Knife 2pc Set
With this 2pc set, you get the Milwaukee FastBack folding utility knife, with fold-out screwdriver bit holder and on-board blade storage, and a compact FastBack (my current favorite).
At this time, the FastBack 6-in-1 is $19.99 by itself, and the compact model is $9.97 by itself.

Milwaukee Rafter Square and Trim Square Set
This 2-pack includes Milwaukee’s USA-made aluminum 7″ rafter square and 4-1/2″ trim square.

Milwaukee 27-in-1 Ratcheting Screwdriver
The ratcheting screwdriver – which launched earlier this year – is one of the two new deals this season. It features 26 insert bits plus the built-in 1/4″ nut driver and screwdriver bit holder.
All of the bits fit neatly inside the handle.

Milwaukee 7-in-1 Combination Electrical Tool
This combo electrical tool has 7 core features and functions:
- Wire stripper (8-18 AWG solid, 10-20 AWG stranded)
- Wire cutter (up to 4x 12 AWG)
- Wide jaw pliers
- Reamer (1/2″ to 1″ conduit)
- Bolt cutter (#6, #8 threaded machine screws)
- Wire loop maker
- Crimper
It also has high-leverage handles and no-peel comfort grips.

Milwaukee 22oz Milled Face Framing Hammer
The last deal that’s new for this year is Milwaukee’s 22oz milled face and rip claw framing hammer.
It features an asymmetrical claw to minimize ringing, I-beam handle construction, anti-shock grip, and magnetic nail set.
The hammer looks to typically sell for $27 and up.

Buy 3 or 4 of these tools, and you save an extra $10 at checkout. Buy 5 or more, and you save $30.
The savings work for any combination of these Milwaukee hand tools, whether you want all different tools or multiples of the same deal.
If you buy 3 or 5 tools, the effective price-per-tool drops from $19.97 to $16.64 or $13.97, respectively.
Do NOT buy 4 tools. Here’s why:
1 Tool = $19.97
2 Tools = $39.94
3 Tools = $49.91 (Save $10)
4 Tools = $69.88 (Save $10)
5 Tools = $69.85 (Save $30)
If you just want one, great – do that. If you’re thinking of buying two tools, you can buy a third for just $10 more. If you’re buying three tools, stop there, or think about buying two more tools for $20 more. If you’re buying four tools, just grab another, as the way the deal works out, the fifth tool won’t cost you extra.
There’s no posted end date, but I’m guessing this will run throughout the holiday season unless supplies sell out sooner.

Those rafter squares look like a good buy, and they’re made in the USA. I just picked up Milwaukee’s framing square for a shop project and it’s very nice quality.
Thanks for the heads up on these!
Stuart
I like the magnetic rafter square too, but it’s $25 for just the 7″. It’s really hard to beat $20 for both sizes.
John
With the Fastback knife, there’s a bit holder, but no way to store a bit? Do I have that right? I don’t see the utility in that.
I have the previous generation of this duo, which I love.
Stuart
It can fit a standard insert bit and comes with a double-ended bit. If you don’t like the double-ended bit, load it with your most-used bit instead.
fred
Hmm?? Should I buy Milwaukee rafter and trim square sets as stocking-stuffers for under $20 or spend almost 9 times more for Milwaukee-Stiletto ones. I suspect that my gift recipients would not find 9 times the value for having titanium vs. aluminum and the extra features that the Stiletto ones add. I think I’ll buy 5 of the Milwaukee ones – and save an extra $30 to boot.

Stuart
I suppose it also comes down to whether the recipients will benefit from the differences.
My gift philosophy boils down to “get them something useful” or “get them something they wouldn’t buy for themselves.”
fred
I agree with the philosophy – especially when it comes to buying luxury items that the recipient would really appreciate – but might choke on the price. I’ve bought Mafell and Festool items as gifts based on this philosophy.
In this case I could buy 4 sets of the Stiletto ones for $700 – as gifts or 5 of the Milwaukee $100-$30 = $70 – give 4 as Xmas gifts and 1 to charity – and still have $630 to spend on something else that the recipients would appreciate more than titanium suped-up squares
Greg
I agree with that gift philosophy. My wife doesn’t always like the useful gifts. But eventually she find the cordless staple gun is much easier on her hands and easy to use.
Stuart
Oh no – for a spouse, the needle is firmly in the center of “things they’d want but wouldn’t buy for themselves.” Sometimes it’s about utility, many times not.
fred
My wife likes to wear Hermes scarves and carry Prada, Fendi or Ferragamo handbags – but she’d chastize me if I told her how much they cost when you buy the real McCoy – not the knockoffs from the vu compra in Venice or the street vendors in NYCity.
Charles
Off topic, but I had to reply to fred.
Buying counterfeit goods supports transnational terrorism https://www.ted.com/talks/alastair_gray_how_fake_handbags_fund_terrorism_and_organized_crime
fred
@Charles
Way off topic – but:
In Italy buying a fake will probably support one or more of the organized crime entities. The poor street vendors (often called “vu compra”) are often immigrants from sub-Saharan Africa – who seem friendly and just trying to make a living.
In France – you sometimes see fellow passengers being interdicted by French Customs agents apparently looking at their Louis Vuitton handbags. I always slip a copy of the sales receipt into my wife’s Italian handbags not only to prove their authenticity on the way into the EU – but also in case we’re questioned by US Customs on the return. Paying US prices on some of these bags is bad enough – arguing about where it was bought, why it was not declared and what duty is owed would add insult to injury .

I usually try to get people something they wouldn’t get for themselves, but sometimes it’s enough to give them something cool they didn’t know about. I once gave my brother a Knipex pliers-wrench, and while he could easily have afforded it, he’d never heard of it and didn’t know how great it is. He loves that thing.
Re the Milwaukee-Stiletto squares, I agree; I think it would be a rare person who would really appreciate the added value, if any, especially since that person likely already has a decent rafter square. OTOH, they may not have something like a saddle square, a small combination square, or center finder.
I think girlfriends and wives are a different category altogether. So far jewelry, fancy bags or luggage, and lingerie have worked for me (crosses fingers.)
Koko The Talking Ape
I got that rafter square set last year on a similar deal. I’d be happy to get them in a stocking. They are nicely made and finished, actually nicer than my fancy carpenter’s square.
Koko The Talking Ape
I wish they were offering the 14-in-1 screwdriver instead of the 27-in-1. That one takes double-ended bits, so I can’t just load it up with my nice, clearly market 1″ bits.
fred
Acme and Ace are matching HD’s $19.97 price on the 27-in-1 – but they don’t have the buy-more save-more deal.
fred
Looks like the$19.97 price is perhaps a Milwaukee deal – as it is that price at Ohio Power Tool, Tool Nut, MaxTool and maybe others too
Ezzy
The tape measures is their yearly deal. I generally buy a 2 pack every year or two and that’s my supply for the year. Wish they had the 6-in-1 wire strippers instead. I find the 7 is to big and unwieldy. The 6 is my favorite wire strippers.
Jeremiah McKenna
Are you collecting tapes and have several in different tool bags, tool boxes, center console? Is that why you buy so many?
Ben
I was in the market for a rafter square. That’s a screaming deal. Thanks for posting it!
Jeremiah D
Id guess they wear them out, Or lose them. I use tapes often, nearly daily, but much more for shorter measurements and dont drop them from height much. Plus they aren’t often in adverse conditions. Ive got one that was a primary for probably 3 years or so that the tape started cracking recently.
Some trades like carpenters extend them longer and wear the blades fast, plus dropping from heights semi-often. Working in tne dirt and or wet tends to wear them out quickly too. They also get run over or left in spots/on jobs.
Jared
Gift center deals are ramping up in Canada too. Interestingly that 2-pack of rafter squares is also $20 here despite our weaker dollar.
On the other hand, we don’t have the buy-more-get-a-discount deal.
frampton
Guess who already has too many tape measures and utility knives but now has more? In fairness, I needed the framing hammer and rafter square. Seemed almost stupid not to get that extra $30 off.
Jeremiah McKenna
You can never have too many tapes or utility knives. I have several of them so that one is always in reach. I have one in almost every Packout box, 1 in my center console, at least one in my tool belt, one on my work bench etc.
Jeremiah McKenna
I haven’t been able to get into that hammer grip. While I typically used a nice wooden handle for decades, a few years ago I somehow acquired a nice Plumb. It is steel with a nice orange handle. Until this one, I never even liked swinging steel handled hammers. But this one is like a stray dog, … it just fits and feels right amd no matter what I do to it, it sticks with me, even when I thought I lost it, I turn around and there it is, looking at me with those droopy, longing puppy dog eyes. So you know I can’t resist and pick it up and put it in its holster and trek on.
Jeremiah McKenna
I’ve also noticed that HD has some nice deals on their socket sets and wrench sets, and not just 10% off for ProXtra. The $99 for 3/8 impact sockets is a decent deal as well.
But I’m surprised that Milwaukee hasn’t put a master technician set together by now.
Scott K
What do you think of the ratcheting screwdriver? I’ve had the megapro on my Amazon list for a while, but this is about half the current price…
Patrick
The megapro is solid, and the bits are high quality S2 steel
Stuart
I haven’t tested or used the Milwaukee yet.
Are you shopping for a ratcheting screwdriver for under $50? Megapro.
“Ooh, a ratcheting screwdriver? Maybe I can use another one in my portable kit.” Milwaukee.
Scott K
Thanks- I do not need one, but I would use one if I had one. This would be a nice upgrade to my current around the house multibit driver.
Koko The Talking Ape
One thing to consider is that one model of the Megapro takes standard 1″ insert bits. This Milwaukee takes double-ended bits, which you aren’t likely to have lying around, and replacement bits might not be available.
Scott K
Good point. It would be nice to have the option to use some of the higher quality 1” bits I already own. Though, there are times when it’s nice to flip a double sided bit when the fit isn’t right. I’ve relegated a bunch of 1” bits to a rarely used case since buying a wider variety of 2” power bits.
Robert Boerner
I tried to take advantage of this offer in order to get the Fastback knife combo, and Home Depot sent me six Philips 25W Led bulbs. I can’t imagine how that happened, however I am posting this here out of curiosity to see if anyone else had a similar experience.
