There’s a new Milwaukee M12 FUEL 5-tool cordless power tool combo kit, 3497-25, on sale for Black Friday 2023.
I haven’t seen this particular kit before, and from the slim search results, it looks to be a brand new kit for this season.
This kit gives you 4 M12 Fuel brushless power tools plus an LED flashlight, 2x Li-ion batteries, an M12 charger, and a tool bag.

I would describe this as the perfect core tool M12 FUEL starter kit, and the price seems really good, too.

For the $140 difference in price, the 5-tool M12 Fuel kit upgrades the drill to a brushless hammer drill, the impact driver and reciprocating saw to their brushless equivalents, swaps the ratchet for a brushless oscillating multi-tool, and upgrades one battery from 1.5Ah to 2Ah, and the other from 1.5Ah to 4Ah.

Thanks! *fixed*
Also fixed where it says M18 instead of M12.

Looks like a good kit. I’ve also personally had much better luck with the CP2.0 and XC4.0 batteries than the CP3.0 and XC6.0. That 3.0Ah cell they use in M12 does not like high power draw. So really it’s a great match between the tools and batteries in the kit.

The M12 CP 3Ah and XC 6Ah batteries are well suited for low drain tasks where runtime is desired, but poorly suited for heavier duty tools or demanding use.
The High Output 2.5Ah and 5Ah batteries provide the best balance of power and runtime, but I still use plenty of 2Ah and 4Ah batteries with great experiences.

man, i wish i had $400. that would be basically perfect for a around the house kit.
