Milwaukee’s Black Friday and Holiday 2023 Packout deal just went live.
Similar to last year’s holiday season deal, this is a “buy more, save more” promo.
With this deal, you get $50 off $199+ and $90 off $299+ eligible Milwaukee Packout tool boxes, organizers, tool bags, and accessories orders.

Acme Tools also has the 2-wheel cart, 20″ tote tool bag, soft-sided cooler bag, and tool case with customizable foam insert eligible for the promo.
It looks like all Milwaukee dealers are offering the same promo right now. If something you’re looking to buy isn’t on sale or available at one retailer, check another.
The promo seems to focus on Milwaukee’s mobile Packout products, with none of the workshop products eligible for the savings.
I’m not seeing a clear expiration date, but would presume that this deal will run either through the holiday season or as supplies last.
What are you looking to buy?
What About Black Friday 2023?
Last year, the “buy more save more” deal was the only Packout tool storage deal advertised in Black Friday sales flyers.
The 3pc tool box combo was also a promo.

Home Depot has the same Milwaukee Packout 3pc tool box combo tower, 48-22-4800, for $219 right now.
They’ve got several thousand units in stock, suggesting this could be their main Black Friday 2023 Packout combo stack deal. Sometimes there’s a similar deal but with the top box being the open tote.
Last year, only the “buy more, save more” deal appeared in Home Depot’s printed sales flyer, and the 3pc combo was the same $219.
If you buy the components separately, the small tool box, large tool box, and rolling tool box come out to be $309 together, or $219 after $90 discount thanks to the “buy more save more” discount. In other words, there’s no difference in price if you buy the 3pc combo or the same tool boxes separately.
It’s uncertain as to whether the price will move from $219, but it didn’t last year, and there’s no basis for thinking this year will be any different.
Basically, these could the the only Packout tool storage deals we see advertised for Black Friday 2023 and the broader Holiday 2023 tool deals season.

Stuart, I had the same question you posted in large font near the end:
“What About Black Friday 2023?“
But I didn’t see you answer it. The discussion below that question is about Milwaukee Packout 3pc tool box combo tower, 48-22-4800, for $219.
That does not seem to be the answer to that question.
So what will be left to be special on Black Friday?
Grand Unification Theory: Milwaukee Packout and Dewalt Tough System 2 will merge, or have compatibility adapters?
Stuart
I’ll add a one-line clarification – thanks! I thought this was enough, but can see how it’s not.
Basically, if we go by what happened last year, the “buy more save more” offer is the best and only deal we can expect on Packout mobile storage products.
The 3pc combo wasn’t a spotlighted deal last year, and never went on sale for any lower than we’re seeing right now.
So… there’s no real answer, just probabilities.

Wanted to add the new 4 drawer and multi depth 3 drawer. This is the perfect sale for that. Acme tools is the only retailer currently showing both available.
Stuart
It looks like Home Depot got the 3-drawer multi-depth tool box in stock as well, but not the 4-drawer yet.
John
On those two drawers boxes alone, it was a 23% discount on newly released items. That’s a better discount than most we ever see throughout the year. Thanks!

4 drawer at HD $179 special buy, store sku # 1010073922.
They have all 4 of the Packout Drawer pieces available for delivery and some in stores. All are in the BMSM.
Also, as far as the shop storage I am only seeing the older, wall/floor mounting plates included so far.
Maybe they’ll add all of those and/or everything Packout for Black Friday. But I won’t get my hopes up.
Justin
I have been holding off for the new rolling tool box with the handle that goes lower.

You can buy the kit when it comes out. So, take advantage of the sale now and add it later. Or you can look on YT and find several clips on modifying the current type or buy one ofnthe.many 3rd party kits.

In your post:
“Huge Modular Tool Box Launches are Coming Soon”
You suggested waiting, is this what you were suggesting we should be waiting for? Or is there something else to look forward to? I haven’t bought into any system yet.
Stuart
Yes – this is it.
I don’t believe there are any other Packout deals to look forward to. Most other brands’ deals will likely focus on 3pc combos.
I covered Flex’s expansion and ToughBuilt’s massive launch here:

I know they’ve had the Packoit Radio on sale lately, but I wonder if it will be included in this MBSM deal? I don’t think, nor remember if it has been in the past BF or BMSM sales events.

Will the Advancement of These Offers from Before be Due to the Pressure of the New Toughbuilt System? Or There is a Strategy to empty inventory because they have plans to Release a New Generation which I hope will be taken care of urgently.
Stuart
This is a Black Friday/Holiday deal.
No it’s not part of any plan to dump inventory. There’s no new generation, only further expansions.
Quazi
I think Toughbuilt is giving them a run for their money. I was initially looking at Packout/Ridgid Pro Gear but the StackTech is enticing.
