Milwaukee M18 Fuel 16-gauge Cordless Finish Nailer Kit ()2841-21CT
I know a couple of ToolGuyd readers are still looking for cordless nailer deals. Maybe this is what you were waiting for?
There are more deals, via the link below.
As a reminder, the model numbers can help you analyze bundle deals.
For instance, one of the deals is the new M12 Fuel detail sander, plus 2 HO batteries, for $299. If you look at the model number (2531-21HO-48-11-2452S), this bundle includes the detail sander kit (a special buy at $179), and an M12 battery bundle with 2.5Ah and 5.0Ah High Output batteries (a special buy at $149).
If you want both the detail sander kit and the HO batteries, the bundle deal saves you $29. If you’re not sure about all the parts of the bundle, it might be better to look for other deals on just what you do want.

Those Milwaukee aviation snips are actually pretty good. I ended up with the straight pair and a bulldog (not pictured in that set) on special from Max Tool last year. It was an impulse buy as they were super super cheap. I’ve used them several times since and they’re pretty nice. If you need metal snips I wouldn’t hesitate to jump on that deal.
fred
It is pretty hard to beat that price ($11 per pair) for quality (made in China) snips. A Three piece set of Midwest snips (USA made) will cost about the same $55.
BTW – Acme and HD also have a 3-piece Milwaukee set for $10/pair:

Concur on the aviation snips. They’re really nice.

What type of battery’s and charger do the heated jackets take

There are [official] Milwaukee adapters so you can use an M18 with the jackets… https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M18-18-Volt-Lithium-Ion-Cordless-Power-Source-Tool-Only-49-24-2371/203461325
“Ideal for use with the M12 Heated Jacket, simultaneously stay warm and keep an audio player, smartphone, GPS unit or digital camera juiced up with this USB-compatible power supply.
Powers portable electronic devices via USB connection to M18 battery (sold separately)
Extends heating time of M12 Heated Jacket by up to 12 hours”

Also, FWIW, I got an M18 to Ryobi battery from Amazon. Seems functional for my older Ryobi stuff.
Jim
They should switch batteries to the square style, like other heated jack brands….last longer, and battery or bulging out, or sticking u in the back

I have purchased a couple of the Milwaukee vise grips, the tin snips and the socket set that is in the packout. I am a fan of every Milwaukee tool I have purchased.
Iām hoping they continue building tool sets in the pack-out containers. A pliers set, screwdriver set etc.

So many deals, not enough cash.

Another deal not to sleep on is the M12 23G pin nailer. Bare tool is $229, but the HD deal for the nailer, a 1.5ah battery, charger and case is $179.
Rob
Agree on this pin nailer. I bought it last year at the same $179 and gifted another. Works great for small craft projects as long as you remember you need to use glue with these little nails given they have no heads.
fred
I look at 23ga pins more like “clamps” – to hold small trip pieces in place while the glue dries. I tend to use a Cadex 21ga. pneumatic nailer a lot in the shop. It sort of falls in between a brad nailer and pinner in terms of holding power. Probably too much to hope for a cordless version
J. Newell
Best deal I remember on the M18 compressor.

When is Milwaukee going to release the M12 pruning shears? Will it be a package deal?
Stuart
Spring 2023.
Roland Wright
I bought the black Friday 1\4″ and 3\8 special deal chrome standard and metric socket and ratchet sets and the 3/8 and 1/2 impact socket sets, all quality tools . Could there be better tools out there? #Not By Much.

I need a deal on the Packout with drawers. Any idea if that will be going on sale?
I’m tired of unstacking boxes to get a screw gun and a basic hand tool

“Buy more, save more” – https://toolguyd.com/milwaukee-packout-tool-box-deals-h2022/
That’s pretty much the only promo I’ve seen. There have been some other Milwaukee promos too, but none that stacked on top of Packout drawer tool boxes.

Held off on the awesome m12 rocket + 2.5 battery for $140 deal a few weeks ago. Regretted that. I saw the underbody light plus 2.5 battery for $150 and took the plunge. I’ve never seen the price on that light ever go that low. Last time I was under the hood I was angry at how hard it was to keep the flashlight in the right place. I hope this tool changes that.
