I *just* received my Acme Tools order of some Packout organizers. I didn’t buy as many as I needed, just in case a better deal became available. Well, that better deal just came.
Now through 11/4/2020, save $20 on $150+ Milwaukee Tool orders at Acme Tools.

There’s some fine print, but few exclusions aside for some price-fixed promo SKUs and new releaases. Oh, and it works on the already-discounted Packout tool boxes and organizers.
The large Packout tool box went back to full price, but the organizers (full size and compact low-profile) are still discounted.
The promo also works on a whole lot of non-Packout products, such as Milwaukee cordless power tools, bare tools, hand tools, and accessories.

Sorry, it won’t stack on top of the free Packout dolly or tool bag bonus deal that’s also going on right now.

Free shipping on $199+ orders, or a flat $6.49 under that.
Also don’t forget to check out Acme Tools’ Black Friday 2020 Jump Start sales flyer, here.

Better than nothing – but not great.
To get free shipping – you need to spend $220 – so $20 off is a 9% discount – so that does cover sales tax
If you stay at $150 it starts out at 13.3% off but still drops to 9% off if you add in the flat rate shipping
Naturally if you spend between the sweet spots of $150 to$220 – or over $220 your discount percentages are less.
Anyway – a bit of a moot point for me as the only Milwaukee Items that are on my “giftees” wish lists are still either pre-orders or otherwise not eligible.
For my Xmas shopping – it still looks like Makita 18V X2 items will get the nod – unless there are some BF deals on Milwaukee items on my recipients lists.

True, but consider the order I’m considering – $149 and change in tools, plus a Torx bit at 59 cents to push me over $150.
That’s $156.90 with shipping. With $20 discount, that’s a $12.7% discount.
If you need something else, either from a different brand or price-fixed Milwaukee promo, the $20 off $150 would be a 13.33% discount.
The Metabo HPT miter saw is $89. https://toolguyd.com/metabo-hpt-miter-saw-deal-112020/
There are other deals that are going to be price-fixed and not included in any other brand-agnostic promos.
There are other promos going on right now.
It can be better to just pay for shipping – $6.49 is after all isn’t bad on heavy and bulky Packout products – than to pad an order by $50 to get free shipping, but it seems like a good deal if there are other tools one needs or wants to buy at the same time.
This Milwaukee M12 compact inflator kit deal, for example, is priced-fixed at its $99 special promo sale price. If one was intending to buy that this season, now would be a good time, using an intended purchase to escape having to pay shipping fees on a smaller order.
It might be better to wait to see what other promos will be available down the road, but exclusions tend to change and availability can be affected. I’m still waiting on my Tool Nut order. I received my more recent Acme Tools order, but now if I want the same, they’re delayed by a few weeks due to being sold out.

Not gonna happen.

It’s just a coupon code. They were trying to be cheeky. *shrug*

Too bad this doesn’t “stack” with the free battery promotions. Trying to use the promo code on the M12 3/8-inch stubby impact removes the free 2.0Ah battery. Seems to work on the M12 right-angle grinder though.

Tooltopia has some “deals” on a limited number of Milwaukee tools. They say it is a BOGO sale – but its not quite. As an example you buy 2 M12 batteries and you get a M12 inflator thrown in at no extra cost.
