Rockwell Sonicrafter Sonisaw

Rockwell is soon coming out with a new Sonicrafter oscillating multi-tool attachment, the Sonisaw coping saw attachment kit. Possibly inspired by Dremel’s similarly-styled Multi-Flex yoke cutting accessory, the Sonisaw allows for detailed cutting and shaping of wood and plastic.

Each Sonisaw comes with 2 spiral blades, 1 straight blade, and 1 carbide blade, and additional replacement blade packs will also soon be available.

The new attachment is designed to fit Rockwell’s Sonicrafter and other brands of oscillating multi-tools as well.

MSRP is ~$20 for the attachment kit and ~$12 for the replacement blade pack. Both will be available in a couple of weeks.

Alternatively, Dremel’s MM720 yoke cutter has a more compact design, comes with more blades, costs only a few bucks more, and replacement blades are available in separate packs so you can buy only the exact blades you need.
