Dewalt Deep Pro Organizer

Remember that neat Dewalt stackable toolbox that is only available in Europe as part of 12V cordless tool kit bundles? A similarly-styled deep organizer will soon be available in the USA under Dewalt and Stanley FatMax labels.

Dewalt Deep Pro Organizer

Features:

  • metal latches
  • transparent lid
  • metal hinges
  • stackable via side latches
  • movable dividers removable compartments

EDIT: Although Home Depot advertises the organizer as having movable dividers, the ones we’ve seen have removable compartments just like the Stanley version.

Stanley’s version of the new Deep Pro Organizer feature removable bins like their 25 compartment organizer, and both it and Dewalt’s version stack in the same way as the junior SortMaster organizers. This product isn’t just a mashup of two good products; it looks to be a sturdier upgrade.

Unfortunately, these new organizers do NOT stack with Dewalt’s TSTAK organizers and tool boxes. Nor does it look like there will be custom inserts for 12V cordless power tools or hand tools.

It would make sense for the Stanley and Dewalt organizers to be slightly different, but it looks like they’re identical products with different prices.

Saw this in HD today. the bins look the same as the small Tough System box. It’s nice but I don’t know that it’s that much better than the Stanley Sortmaster.

Do the Stanley’s & DeWalt’s stack together? I’m looking for an organizer/s for my drill bits, 1/4″ quick chuck bits, extensions, etc.

These seem kind of big but I like the clear lid & removeable trays. Is there anything similar to these but smaller? I carry my bits, & accessories in several smaller cases & it would be nice to have them all in one case.

    Any ideas?

They *should* stack together. I like removable trays as well and would choose the Stanley over the Dewalt. There’s a shallow version coming out – https://toolguyd.com/stanley-fatmax-shallow-pro-organizer/ – but it doesn’t look very welcoming for small bits and accessories. Stanley’s older 25-compartment organizer might be better suited for your needs.

Dewalt’s small compartmented Tough Case might be better suited for your needs, but it doesn’t have anywhere near the storage capacity as these cases.

Even tho they carry the Stanley ones and they are cheaper.
