As we previously reported, Channellock has recently introduced an improved version of their #369 linemen’s pliers. We have one in-hand and wondered how it differed from Channellock’s previous design. Channellock says that they moved the rivet closer to the cutter to provide the additional leverage, but it also looks like the new rivet is a bit […]
I found myself needing to upgrade from the wire crimpers found on my all-in-one wire stripper tool. During a stroll through the local home improvement store, I found a few affordable options and ultimately chose Channellock’s 909 crimpers. Soon after we posted about Channellock’s Dog Bone style wrenches, I thought back to a few months ago when I spotted Channellock-branded ratcheting wrenches. These wrenches were also found at a discount wholesale club, and although I don’t recall the exact price, it was possibly in the $25-30 range for the 7-piece set.
