What’s the difference between Milwaukee’s M12 LED and Xenon flashlights? The LED version is brighter on paper, but is also twice the price of the Xenon version. What we needed was a real-world comparison, and Coptool kindly delivered!
Milwaukee is coming out with yet another new addition to their M12 cordless power tool family – a rotary tool, challenging the market-dominating Dremel 8200 that we reviewed last June. Exciting!
Milwaukee’s new M12 oscillating multi-tool has hit the market – check out our preview with full specs and product details.
Today only, Amazon sliced the price of this Milwaukee M12 2-tool kit. Included is an M-Spector digital inspection camera (2310), and an M12 compact screwdriver (2401). The kit normally costs $250, today it’s discounted to $159. Following is a rundown of basic specs and features.
Milwaukee’s M12 cordless heated jackets (2330 & 2331) are now available via Amazon and a number of other retailers. These soft-shell jackets are water and wind resistant, have 3 heat zones for evenly distributed warmth, a 6-hour runtime, and 3 heat settings plus a warm-up feature. The jackets are powered by Milwaukee’s new RedLithium souped-up M12 […]
We talked a bit about Milwaukee’s new M12 cordless palm nailer last month, but its performance expectations have just been made available. Milwaukee claims that the palm nailer can drive a 16D 3-1/2” nail in under 2 seconds, and up to 100 nails per battery charge. That sounds pretty darn impressive – let’s hope that it can […]
The above-pictured Milwaukee drill/driver looks similar to their first generation 3/8″ drill/driver, but there is a huge difference between the two tools. This one is a hammer drill. That’s right, Milwaukee managed to cram the necessary hammer/vibratory mechanisms into their compact M12 cordless form factor!
Milwaukee has released their new M12 cordless palm nailer. This is the first tool of its kind, and one of Milwaukee’s first to include a new backwards-compatible RedLithium battery. The nailer is designed to take the place of traditional palm nailers, which require air compressors and hoses for power. I’m hoping that Milwaukee’s new cordless hammer […]
Milwaukee announced their new REDLITHIUM battery technology today, which is said to provide their cordless tools with unmatched run-time, performance and durability. The new REDLITHIUM batteries will be fully compatible with all M12 and M18 cordless products currently on the market. These new batteries are expected to provide “upto 40% more run-time, 20% more power […]
Thinking about the many compact cordless tools out there, I just realized that Mikwaukee’s M12 screwdriver is getting a bit long in the tooth. It’s still a highly successful tool that earned itself a very solid reputation, but spec-wise its age is starting to show.
Steve from over at the ShopNGarage blog & forum recently reviewed Milwaukee’s M12 cordless drill and driver. The review was overwhelmingly positive, confirming our expectation that the M12 3/8″ drill is a very solid performer. As we also noticed in our own review of Milwaukee’s similarly featured 3/8″ right angle drill, Steve mentions that the drill’s chuck felt […]
Here’s our original review of Milwaukee’s M12 cordless right angle drill/driver.
Milwaukee very recently released a new M12 product – the 2415-21 cordless right-angle drill/driver. The main selling points of this driver are its super-compact size, 3/8″ chuck, speed control, 11-setting electronic clutch, and runtime battery gauge. The only thing we read about Milwaukee’s right-angle drill/driver that we didn’t quite like is that the kit only comes with […]
