I just bought a 4-tool M12 from HD for $200… same deal there they have at $210. Now granted it was for the silly little light, but it was $10 cheaper yesterday. LOL
Stuart
I suppose this balances out how some deals are better than usual, such as the Packout & Shockwave bit set. It’s usually $50 (from its regular $100), and with today’s deal it’s $5 less even.
The good news is that Home Depot will (usually) price-adjust if you ask nicely. So if you missed the first deal and wanted to get in on it today, you could call up and request a refund for the price difference if you find it went down in price. Or at least, this has been my experience with them.
And if they say no, you can do a rebuy-return/return-rebuy.
I can never find this policy documented anywhere online, but I have always assumed there’s a 30-day window.

One very slight disadvantage of being on the west coast is Home Depot sales are frequently picked over in the hours before we’re* awake.
*Or at least I’m awake…
Oh well. Still scored a couple of useful deals.

ACME has two deals right now. DEALDAY10 and FALL75. It let me stack them until I tried to pay… told me my billing info was bad. Tried 3 cards with the same error and I know I’m good for it!
Alex
Looks like the Acme promo code for Dewalt “FALL75” no longer stacks with any other promotions as of today. Last night it worked with “DEALDAY10” and both battery promotions (two tools for the 2x5ah kit and the single for the 3ah kit), now it works with none of those.

If checking out the HD special buys be sure to check different variations or options. For example, I just checked the 100 pc Milwaukee bit set with packing case. It is $100 alone , or you can get it bundled with a 15 pc shockwave impact bit set (includes a separate case for the drill bits) for about $70 for both. Depending on options you may be able to get additional pieces, for less.
Also, Ryobi seems to be doing another free battery with tool purchase promo that depending on what you order, can be quite a good deal.

Why do I always get these promos and adds after the sale is over
Stuart
I wish I knew.
I try to always put the valid/expiration dates in the title, but Google’s news algorithm – which is where I assume you saw this – simply doesn’t understand.
Signing up for the newsletter (select daily updates) is the most reliable way to get timely article – and deal alert – updates. On the rare occurrence a deal of the day post goes out after the newsletter, I push out another one to ensure nobody misses it.
